【摘要】：分析了管殼式廢熱鍋爐在運(yùn)行時(shí)外壁實(shí)測溫度與理論計(jì)算值存在較大偏差的原因,指出了設(shè)備隔熱耐磨襯里層的金屬錨固釘導(dǎo)熱對外壁溫度的影響尤為重要。另外,設(shè)備外部環(huán)境溫度的變化,耐火材料本身熱導(dǎo)率的偏差,耐火襯里層結(jié)構(gòu)的偏差或施工過程中發(fā)生的諸如過度振搗引起的材料熱導(dǎo)率偏差等都是不容忽視的因素。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the reasons for the deviation between the measured temperature of the outer wall of the tube and shell type waste heat boiler in operation and the theoretical calculation value, and points out that the influence of the heat conduction of the metal anchor nail on the temperature of the outer wall of the equipment heat insulation and wear resistant lining layer is particularly important. In addition, the temperature change in the external environment of the equipment, the deviation of the thermal conductivity of the refractory itself, the deviation of the structure of the refractory lining or the deviation of the thermal conductivity of the material caused by excessive vibration during construction are all factors that can not be ignored.
