進氣門預(yù)開啟對柴油機內(nèi)部廢氣再循環(huán)率控制適應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:針對柴油機內(nèi)部廢氣再循環(huán)(IEGR)量不易精確調(diào)整和控制的難題,提出一種利用進氣門預(yù)開啟(IVPO)凸輪控制IEGR率的方法。通過改變進氣門預(yù)開啟時刻、持續(xù)角及升程三個不同特征設(shè)計參數(shù),實現(xiàn)IEGR率不同梯度改變,達到自主調(diào)控IEGR率的目的。以某六缸增壓柴油機為研究對象,應(yīng)用GT-Power仿真分析軟件建立目標(biāo)柴油機性能仿真分析模型,得到不同進氣門預(yù)開啟各特征參數(shù)對IEGR率及功率、轉(zhuǎn)矩、燃油消耗率等發(fā)動機性能的影響規(guī)律。仿真結(jié)果表明:進氣門升程是影響IEGR率的主要因素,當(dāng)需對IEGR率進行較大幅度調(diào)整時,可考慮采用調(diào)節(jié)升程的方法;當(dāng)進氣門預(yù)開啟升程大于2.6mm時,柴油機燃油消耗率增速加快,需在參數(shù)選擇時權(quán)衡利弊。IVPO開啟時刻與持續(xù)角對IEGR率的影響度較小,其中改變持續(xù)角對發(fā)動機經(jīng)濟性影響較小,當(dāng)需小幅度調(diào)節(jié)IEGR率時,可優(yōu)先考慮采用調(diào)整氣門持續(xù)角的方法。經(jīng)柴油機臺架性能及排放試驗結(jié)果證實,IVPO特征參數(shù)對IEGR率的控制規(guī)律與仿真結(jié)論相符。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficulty of accurate adjustment and control of the internal exhaust gas recirculation (IEGR) of diesel engine, a method for controlling the IEGR rate by using the inlet valve pre-opened cam is proposed. By changing the design parameters of inlet valve pre-opening time, persistence angle and lift, the gradient of IEGR rate can be changed and the IEGR rate can be adjusted autonomously. Taking a six cylinder turbocharged diesel engine as the research object, the performance simulation analysis model of the target diesel engine is established by using the GT-Power simulation analysis software. The IEGR rate, power and torque of different inlet valve pre-opening characteristic parameters are obtained. The influence law of engine performance such as fuel consumption rate. The simulation results show that the intake valve lift is the main factor affecting the IEGR rate, when the IEGR rate needs to be adjusted by a large margin, the method of adjusting the lift can be considered, and when the intake valve pre-opened lift is larger than 2.6mm, The increasing rate of diesel fuel consumption rate is accelerated, and it is necessary to weigh the advantages and disadvantages in the selection of parameters. The influence of opening time and duration angle on IEGR rate is small, and the change of sustained angle has little effect on engine economy, when the IEGR rate is adjusted by a small margin, Priority may be given to adjusting the valve persistence angle. The results of diesel engine bench performance and emission test show that the control law of the characteristic parameters for IEGR rate is consistent with the simulation results.
