基于顏色傳感器的鍋爐水質(zhì)在線檢測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)鍋爐的水質(zhì)有嚴格的硬度要求,硬度超標的水進入鍋爐會引起鍋爐結(jié)垢,水垢的形成會致使鍋爐換熱效率差,也增加了鍋爐的安全隱患。目前水質(zhì)處理的方式很多,其中使用軟水器進行鍋爐用水處理是主要方式之一。實際應(yīng)用中軟水器的使用依賴于鍋爐用水水質(zhì)條件,要確定水質(zhì)條件就要對水質(zhì)進行檢測。傳統(tǒng)的人工檢測方式不能及時、準確、快速檢測水質(zhì)。隨著工業(yè)自動化的發(fā)展,水質(zhì)在線檢測發(fā)展迅速,市場上涌現(xiàn)出很多水質(zhì)硬度檢測的儀器。本文是在課題組原有水質(zhì)在線檢測儀的基礎(chǔ)上,研發(fā)了一種基于顏色傳感器的鍋爐水質(zhì)在線檢測系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要在以下幾個方面對原有水質(zhì)在線檢測儀進行重新設(shè)計:一、水質(zhì)在線檢測滴定盒重新設(shè)計,采用化學(xué)反應(yīng)混合池和光源、顏色傳感器、液位計及攪拌器分離的滴定盒結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)外兩部分材質(zhì)不同,避免了測試盒結(jié)垢影響顏色檢測準確度;二、搭建水質(zhì)在線檢測實驗平臺,優(yōu)化滴定過程中蠕動泵、進出水閥、出水閥等執(zhí)行期間的結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)滴定過程的可重復(fù)性好和機械器件易更換:三、優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)軟件工作流程,設(shè)計了在線檢測系統(tǒng)的兩種工作模式,增加機械器件運行狀態(tài)的現(xiàn)場識別功能,增加單片機通訊電路和微控制器通訊控制功能;四、基于顏色傳感器芯片經(jīng)過白平衡校正,通過配置不同濃度實驗定性分析系統(tǒng)檢測水質(zhì)硬度的曲線趨勢,對具體曲線進行定量分析,通過對不同顏色模型的多項式擬合曲線和一階導(dǎo)數(shù)曲線的比較,確定以RGB顏色模型作為終點判定顏色模型:五、基于MAX485通訊芯片實現(xiàn)水質(zhì)檢測系統(tǒng)通訊功能,通訊協(xié)議采用Modbus通訊協(xié)議,上位機用戶應(yīng)用界面是基于VB設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)運行狀態(tài)的實時顯示和數(shù)據(jù)讀取。通過對在線水質(zhì)檢測儀的重新設(shè)計,提高了顏色傳感器對滴定反應(yīng)過程顏色檢測的準確性和可靠性,終點判定準確性高,軟件實現(xiàn)簡單,串口通訊實現(xiàn)了滴定過程的在線監(jiān)控,在本文最后部分對水質(zhì)在線檢測系統(tǒng)進行實驗驗證,結(jié)果表明在線水質(zhì)檢測系統(tǒng)的滴定過程可靠,水質(zhì)硬度檢測快速準確,能夠滿足水質(zhì)在線檢測的要求。
[Abstract]:The water quality of the industrial boiler has strict hardness requirement. The water with the hardness exceeding the standard will cause the boiler to scale, the formation of the scale will cause the boiler heat transfer efficiency to be poor, and also increase the boiler safety hidden trouble. At present, there are many ways to treat water quality, among which the use of water softener for boiler water treatment is one of the main ways. In practical application, the use of water softener depends on the water quality condition of boiler. To determine the water quality condition, it is necessary to check the water quality. Traditional manual detection methods can not be timely, accurate, rapid detection of water quality. With the development of industrial automation and the rapid development of on-line water quality detection, there are many instruments for water quality hardness detection in the market. On the basis of the original on-line water quality detector, a boiler water quality online detection system based on color sensor is developed in this paper. The system is mainly redesigned in the following aspects: 1. The titration box for on-line detection of water quality was redesigned, and the titration box structure was separated by chemical reaction mixing cell and light source, color sensor, liquid level meter and agitator. The inside and outside parts of titration box were different in material quality, so the scale of the test box could not affect the accuracy of color detection. Second, set up the water quality on-line testing experimental platform, optimize the structure of peristaltic pump, inlet and outlet valve and so on during the titration process, so that the titration process has good repeatability and the mechanical device is easy to replace: third, The system software workflow is optimized, two working modes of on-line detection system are designed, the field identification function of the running state of mechanical devices is added, and the communication control functions of MCU communication circuit and microcontroller are added. Based on the white balance correction of color sensor chip, the curve trend of water quality hardness was detected by using qualitative analysis system of different concentration experiments, and the specific curve was quantitatively analyzed. By comparing the polynomial fitting curves and the first derivative curves of different color models, it is determined that the RGB color model is used as the end-point color model. Fifth, the communication function of water quality detection system is realized based on MAX485 communication chip. The communication protocol adopts Modbus communication protocol, and the upper computer user interface is designed based on VB, which realizes the real-time display and data reading of the running state of the system. By redesigning the on-line water quality detector, the accuracy and reliability of color sensor for the color detection of titration reaction process are improved, the accuracy of the terminal judgment is high, the realization of software is simple, and the on-line monitoring of titration process is realized by serial port communication. In the last part of this paper, the on-line water quality detection system is verified by experiments. The results show that the titration process of the on-line water quality detection system is reliable, the water quality hardness detection is fast and accurate, and it can meet the requirements of on-line water quality detection.
