甲醇、丙酮及其二元混合工質(zhì)脈動(dòng)熱管的啟動(dòng)特性

【摘要】:以甲醇、丙酮以及二者體積比1∶1混合組成的甲醇/丙酮混合液為工質(zhì),對(duì)脈動(dòng)熱管在不同加熱功率和充液率下的啟動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明:在低加熱功率下時(shí),甲醇/丙酮混合工質(zhì)的啟動(dòng)時(shí)間比丙酮長(zhǎng),比甲醇短,適當(dāng)增加啟動(dòng)功率可以明顯縮短脈動(dòng)熱管的啟動(dòng)時(shí)間,但是對(duì)丙酮及混合工質(zhì)的啟動(dòng)溫升影響不大;在60W高加熱功率下時(shí),3種工質(zhì)的啟動(dòng)方式均為溫度突變型,其中混合工質(zhì)的啟動(dòng)時(shí)間最短,并且增加啟動(dòng)功率可以明顯地提高混合工質(zhì)脈動(dòng)熱管的啟動(dòng)溫升;充液率對(duì)脈動(dòng)熱管的啟動(dòng)方式影響較為明顯,丙酮和混合工質(zhì)的啟動(dòng)溫升均隨著充液率的增加而逐漸減少,在中低充液率(≤50%)下,二者屬于溫度突變型啟動(dòng),而在80%高充液率下,其啟動(dòng)方式變?yōu)闇囟绕椒(wěn)過(guò)渡型啟動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Using methanol, acetone and methanol / acetone mixture with the volume ratio of 1:1 as working medium, the starting characteristics of pulsating heat pipe under different heating power and liquid filling rate were studied experimentally. The results show that: at low heating power, the starting characteristics of pulsating heat pipe are studied. The start-up time of methanol / acetone mixture is longer than that of acetone and shorter than that of methanol. The start-up time of pulsating heat pipe can be shortened obviously by increasing the starting power properly, but the starting temperature rise of acetone and mixed working fluid is not affected. At 60W high heating power, all the three kinds of working fluids are temperature abrupt, and the starting time of mixed working fluid is the shortest, and increasing the starting power can obviously increase the starting temperature rise of the mixed working fluid pulsating heat pipe. The effect of liquid filling rate on the starting mode of pulsating heat pipe is obvious.
