【摘要】：正未來五年,國家將積極推動能源領(lǐng)域八大重點(diǎn)工程。八大重點(diǎn)工程分別為:一是高效智能電力系統(tǒng);二是煤炭清潔高效利用,對燃煤機(jī)組全面實(shí)施超低排放和節(jié)能改造;三是可再生能源,開工建設(shè)常規(guī)水電6000萬千瓦;四是核電;五是非常規(guī)油氣;六是能源輸送通道;七是能源儲備設(shè)施;八是能源關(guān)鍵技術(shù)設(shè)備。在煤炭清潔高效利用工程中,國家提出實(shí)施煤電節(jié)能減排與升級改造行動計(jì)劃,對燃煤機(jī)組全面實(shí)施超低排放與節(jié)能改造,使所有現(xiàn)役電廠每千瓦·時(shí)平均煤耗低于310克,新建電廠平均煤耗低于300克。在可再生能源工程中,國家提出以西南水電開發(fā)為重點(diǎn),開工建
[Abstract]:In the next five years, the state will actively promote eight key projects in the energy sector. The eight key projects are as follows: first, efficient intelligent power system; second, clean and efficient use of coal, comprehensive implementation of ultra-low emissions and energy-saving transformation of coal-fired units; third, renewable energy, starting construction of conventional hydropower projects of 6000 kilowatts; fourth, nuclear power generation; Five is unconventional oil and gas, six is energy transmission channel, seven is energy storage facility, and eight is energy key technology equipment. In the project of clean and efficient use of coal, the state has put forward an action plan for energy saving, emission reduction and upgrading of coal and electricity, and fully implemented ultra-low emissions and energy saving for coal-fired units, so that the average coal consumption per kilowatt hour of all active power plants is less than 310 grams. The average coal consumption of the new power plant is less than 300 g. In the renewable energy project, the state has proposed to start construction with the focus on hydropower development in southwest China.
