微燃燒渦輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)微燃燒室催化氫燃燒模擬分析

【摘要】:為揭示微燃燒室催化氫燃燒機(jī)理,根據(jù)質(zhì)量守恒、動(dòng)量守恒、組分守恒和能量守恒的基本規(guī)律建立微燃燒渦輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)微燃燒室催化氫燃燒數(shù)學(xué)模型,并耦合表面催化詳細(xì)化學(xué)反應(yīng)機(jī)理對(duì)不同過(guò)量空氣系數(shù)n下微燃燒渦輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)微燃燒室燃燒進(jìn)行模擬與分析。研究結(jié)果表明:混合氣體在微燃燒室的入口角度和入口速度對(duì)微燃燒室出口煙氣溫度無(wú)明顯影響;當(dāng)n1.0時(shí),出口煙氣溫度升高,燃燒室壓強(qiáng)增加;當(dāng)n≈1.0時(shí),出口煙氣溫度最高,燃燒室壓強(qiáng)達(dá)最大值;當(dāng)n1.0時(shí),出口煙氣溫度降低,燃燒室壓強(qiáng)減小;當(dāng)n1.0時(shí),n的增加對(duì)水蒸氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)增加影響較大;當(dāng)1.0≤n≤2.9時(shí),n增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致氧氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)和氮?dú)赓|(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)均呈遞增趨勢(shì),而水蒸氣質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)卻呈遞減趨勢(shì);當(dāng)2.9n≤4.3時(shí),n對(duì)氧氣、氮?dú)夂退魵獾馁|(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)影響不大。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the mechanism of catalytic hydrogen combustion in micro combustor, a mathematical model of catalytic hydrogen combustion in micro combustion turbine engine was established according to the basic laws of mass conservation, momentum conservation, component conservation and energy conservation. Coupled with the detailed chemical reaction mechanism of surface catalysis, the combustion of micro combustion chamber of micro combustion turbine engine with different excess air coefficient n was simulated and analyzed.
