【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)濕氣兩相流的在線不分離含氣率測(cè)量,探究了濕氣兩相流的傳熱特性,設(shè)計(jì)一種新型熱式傳感器,并在天津大學(xué)中壓濕氣裝置上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn).實(shí)驗(yàn)涵蓋了0.3~1.2,MPa之間的6個(gè)壓力點(diǎn),氣相弗勞德數(shù)范圍為0.5~2.7,濕氣含率的變化范圍為96.5%,~100%,,共對(duì)215個(gè)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了傳感器測(cè)量特性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,引入了無(wú)量綱傳熱系數(shù)h~+,并基于h~+建立了體積含氣率的模型,該模型平均誤差為0.39%,,均方根誤差為0.59%,.
[Abstract]:In order to measure the gas content of wet two-phase flow without separation on line, the heat transfer characteristics of wet two-phase flow were investigated. A new type of heat sensor was designed, and the experiment was carried out on the medium-pressure wet gas device of Tianjin University.The experiment covers six pressure points between 0.3 and 1.2 MPA. The range of Froude number of gas phase is 0.5 ~ 2.7, and the variation range of moisture holdup is 96.50.The measurement characteristics of 215 points have been studied experimentally, and the dimensionless heat transfer coefficient (h~) has been introduced.The model of volumetric gas holdup is established based on H-, the average error of the model is 0.39 and the root mean square error is 0.59g.
