【摘要】：缸蓋座圈底孔和導(dǎo)管底孔是缸蓋加工過(guò)程中的重要部分,若其未被加工則會(huì)對(duì)后續(xù)工位的加工和裝配產(chǎn)生影響。激光傳感器是一種可靠的探測(cè)裝置,具備多種類(lèi)型和探測(cè)功能。文章對(duì)某種激光傳感器探測(cè)缸蓋座圈底孔和導(dǎo)管底孔漏加工的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的介紹,為孔漏加工的探測(cè)及防錯(cuò)提供新思路。
[Abstract]:The bottom hole of the cylinder head and the bottom hole of the guide pipe are important parts in the process of cylinder cover . If it is not processed , it will influence the processing and assembly of the subsequent station . The laser sensor is a reliable detection device with many types and detection functions . This article briefly introduces the application of some laser sensors in detecting the bottom hole of cylinder head and the leakage of the bottom hole of the conduit . It provides a new way for the detection and error prevention of hole leakage processing .
