MILD燃燒PSR網(wǎng)絡模型的建立與應用

【摘要】:本文基于PSR(Perfectly StirredReactor)開發(fā)了一種適用于模擬氣體燃料MILD(Moderate and Intense Low-oxygen Diluttion)燃燒的化學反應動力學網(wǎng)絡模型。該模型使用多個PSR串聯(lián),模擬了燃爐內天然氣MILD燃燒的預熱、煙氣卷吸和燃燒過程。本文同時考慮了爐體散熱和煙氣卷吸量等因素,建立適用于氣體燃料MILD燃燒的PSRN模型。研究表明,所建立的PSRN模型能夠有效模擬氣體MILD燃燒的溫度、二氧化碳濃度等結果。此外,該模型能夠準確模擬出N_2和CO_2稀釋下燃氣的MILD燃燒過程,說明了該PSRN模型具有普適性。
[Abstract]:Based on PSR(Perfectly Stirred Reactor, a chemical reaction kinetic network model for simulating the combustion of gas fuel MILD(Moderate and Intense Low-oxygen reactor is developed in this paper. The model uses several PSR series to simulate the preheating of natural gas MILD combustion in the furnace. In this paper, a PSRN model suitable for MILD combustion of gaseous fuel is established by taking into account the factors of furnace body heat dissipation and flue gas entrainment. The results show that the established PSRN model can effectively simulate the temperature of gas MILD combustion. In addition, the model can accurately simulate the MILD combustion process of the gas under N _ 2 and CO_2 dilution, which shows that the PSRN model is universal.
