汽輪機(jī)內(nèi)濕汽損失定量評估研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:汽輪機(jī)內(nèi)汽液兩相非平衡凝結(jié)、兩相間的速度差異、葉片表面形成水膜等均會引起濕汽損失,從而導(dǎo)致機(jī)組效率下降和葉片水蝕損壞。對此,本文通過分析比較國內(nèi)外濕汽損失評估的研究進(jìn)展,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有的研究方法和目前存在的問題,討論了濕汽損失系數(shù)的影響因素,并對其進(jìn)行修正。結(jié)果表明:濕汽損失可分為熱力學(xué)損失、水滴阻力損失、制動損失、疏水損失、離心損失和汽輪機(jī)出口損失,熱力學(xué)損失占濕汽損失的80%以上,水滴阻力損失和制動損失所占比例較小;機(jī)組類型、鹽分含量、運(yùn)行工況等因素均會對濕汽損失系數(shù)產(chǎn)生影響。濕汽損失定量評估為汽輪機(jī)通流部分的設(shè)計和改造提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:The non-equilibrium condensation of steam and liquid in steam turbine, the velocity difference between the two phases and the formation of water film on the blade surface will all cause the wet steam loss, which will lead to the decrease of the unit efficiency and the water erosion damage of the blade. By analyzing and comparing the research progress of wet steam loss assessment at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the existing research methods and existing problems, and discusses the influencing factors of wet steam loss coefficient. The results show that the wet steam loss can be divided into thermodynamic loss, water drop resistance loss, braking loss, hydrophobic loss, centrifugal loss and steam turbine outlet loss, and the thermodynamic loss accounts for more than 80% of the wet steam loss. The proportion of drop resistance loss and braking loss is small; Unit type, salt content, The quantitative evaluation of wet steam loss provides a theoretical reference for the design and transformation of steam turbine flow passage.
