【摘要】:在頂置點(diǎn)火定容燃燒彈內(nèi)加入一個(gè)網(wǎng)孔板,采用紋影法和壓力采集系統(tǒng),研究不同初始?jí)毫ο職錃?空氣預(yù)混合氣穿過(guò)網(wǎng)孔時(shí)的火焰?zhèn)鞑ヌ匦砸约皦毫μ匦?結(jié)果表明:火焰通過(guò)網(wǎng)孔板時(shí)產(chǎn)生射流,網(wǎng)孔間火焰相互干涉,火焰前鋒面積增加,誘導(dǎo)成湍流燃燒;相對(duì)于未添加網(wǎng)孔板而言,最大燃燒壓力值幾乎不變,達(dá)到最大壓力的時(shí)刻提前,燃燒持續(xù)期縮短;火焰穿過(guò)網(wǎng)孔板后,傳播速度提高,壓力升高率增加;隨著初始?jí)毫Φ脑黾?添加網(wǎng)孔板后的燃燒持續(xù)期變化率先增大后減小,在初始?jí)毫?.10,MPa時(shí)達(dá)到最大值.
[Abstract]:A mesh plate was added to the top ignited constant volume combustion bomb, and the method of schlieren and the pressure acquisition system were adopted. The flame propagation characteristics and pressure characteristics of hydrogen-air premixed gas passing through the mesh at different initial pressures are studied. The results show that the jet flow occurs when the flame passes through the mesh plate, and the flame interacts with each other between the meshes, and the front area of the flame increases. Compared with the plate without meshes, the maximum combustion pressure is almost constant, the time of reaching the maximum pressure is earlier, the combustion duration is shortened, the velocity of flame propagating through the mesh plate is increased, and the increasing rate of pressure is increased. With the increase of initial pressure, the change of combustion duration increases first and then decreases after adding mesh plate, and reaches the maximum when the initial pressure is 0.10 MPA.
