燃氣輪機燃燒室變工況運行穩(wěn)定性的建模與分析

【摘要】:F級先進燃氣輪機機組在清潔發(fā)電技術領域有較多應用,為有效提高機組運行安全性及可靠性,需針對燃氣輪機系統(tǒng)尤其是燃燒室特性進行多層次建模分析。本文首先采用整體模塊化建模方法,以三菱公司M701F型機組為研究對象,結合機組實測數(shù)據(jù),研究了燃機設計/非設計工況性能,掌握了環(huán)境條件、IGV控制及排氣溫度等變量因素對機組特性影響規(guī)律。結合系統(tǒng)模型分析結果,針對該機組先進的多噴嘴旋流燃燒室搭建線性網(wǎng)絡模型,研究燃燒室的熱聲穩(wěn)定性,結果給出了燃燒筒內存在的平面波及周向聲波等多種模態(tài)形式,與機組實際特性能夠較好地吻合,進一步分析了M701F機組特有的旁路閥結構對于燃燒室模態(tài)穩(wěn)定性的影響。
[Abstract]:Class F advanced gas turbine units have been widely used in the field of clean power generation technology, in order to effectively improve the operating safety and reliability of the units, Multi-level modeling and analysis of gas turbine system, especially combustion chamber, is needed. Firstly, the whole modular modeling method is adopted in this paper, and the M701F unit of Mitsubishi Company is taken as the research object, and the measured data of the unit are combined. The design / off-design performance of gas turbine is studied, and the influence of environmental conditions, such as IGV control and exhaust temperature, on the performance of the unit is studied. Combined with the results of system model analysis, For the advanced multi-nozzle swirl combustor of the unit, a linear network model is built to study the thermoacoustic stability of the combustion chamber. The results show that there are many modes such as plane and circumferential acoustic waves in the combustion cylinder. The characteristics of M701F unit are in good agreement with the actual characteristics. The influence of the bypass valve structure of M701F unit on the modal stability of the combustion chamber is further analyzed.
