基于PLC的大型鍋爐自控系統(tǒng)的研究與應用

【摘要】:我國工業(yè)鍋爐量大面廣,多為人工控制,穩(wěn)定性與精度不高,已經不能適應生產過程智能化的生產要求。本文結合某工廠大型熱油鍋爐系統(tǒng),介紹了目前鍋爐的基本運行情況和各種控制方法,構建了PLC與上位機相結合并以模糊自適應PID為控制策略的鍋爐自控系統(tǒng),對大型鍋爐的改造流程、工作原理及程序設計進行了詳細的說明。使鍋爐處于最佳的燃燒狀態(tài)并保證鍋爐的安全經濟運行。本文的主要工作為以下幾個方面:分析自動控制系統(tǒng)和燃煤鍋爐的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展以及燃煤鍋爐自控系統(tǒng)改造前的特點,對現(xiàn)有的鍋爐自動控制方案進行分析比較,最終選用PLC與上位機組成控制系統(tǒng)對燃煤鍋爐進行改造。根據合作企業(yè)提出的要求,提出系統(tǒng)改造的總體設計方案和具體的控制策略。用模糊自適應PID控制算法構建基于PLC的鍋爐模糊自適應PID控制器,并重點對控制器的設計進行了詳細的說明,最終實現(xiàn)了基于PLC的鍋爐模糊自適應PID控制。構建PLC與上位機組成的自控系統(tǒng),選擇處理器及模塊,分配I/O點,解決PLC與上位機之間的實時通訊問題。編寫PLC程序,分別對爐排電機、鼓風機變頻器和引風機變頻器進行控制,以及編寫故障連鎖反映程序,保證系統(tǒng)快速響應,平穩(wěn)運行并及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題。利用組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)人際交互界面,實現(xiàn)對鍋爐的實時監(jiān)控。本文最終實現(xiàn)了對鍋爐的自動化控制,改造后的系統(tǒng)投入使用后運行十分穩(wěn)定,為工人營造了良好的工作環(huán)境,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了經濟效益。
[Abstract]:The industrial boiler in our country is widely used, mostly controlled by man, and its stability and precision are not high, so it can not meet the requirement of intelligent production process. This paper combines the large scale hot oil boiler system of a factory. This paper introduces the basic operation situation and various control methods of the boiler at present, and constructs a boiler automatic control system which combines PLC with the upper computer and takes fuzzy adaptive PID as the control strategy to reconstruct the large-scale boiler. The working principle and program design are explained in detail. The boiler is in the best state of combustion and the safe and economical operation of the boiler is guaranteed. The main work of this paper is as follows:. The present situation and development of the automatic control system and coal-fired boiler and the characteristics of the coal-fired boiler automatic control system before revamping are analyzed. The existing boiler automatic control scheme is analyzed and compared. Finally, PLC and upper computer control system are selected to transform the coal-fired boiler. According to the requirements of the cooperative enterprise. The overall design scheme and specific control strategy of the system reconstruction are put forward, and the fuzzy adaptive PID controller of boiler based on PLC is constructed by using fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm. Finally, the fuzzy adaptive PID control of boiler based on PLC is realized. The automatic control system composed of PLC and host computer is constructed, and the processor and module are selected. I / O points are allocated to solve the problem of real-time communication between PLC and host computer. The PLC program is compiled to control the grate motor, blower inverter and induced fan inverter respectively. And write fault chain response program to ensure the system rapid response, smooth operation and timely discovery of problem-solving. The use of configuration software to develop interpersonal interface. Realize the real-time monitoring of the boiler. This paper finally realizes the automatic control of the boiler. After the system is put into use, the operation is very stable, creating a good working environment for the workers. For the enterprise to create economic benefits.
