【摘要】:低溫資源普遍存在于各種工業(yè)過程中,對它的深度利用對提高能源利用率有著重要意義。有機朗肯循環(huán)(Organic Rankine Cycle, ORC)系統(tǒng)是建立在工程熱力學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)之上,以不同的低沸點有機物(或者混合物)代替水作為工質(zhì),回收中低品位熱能的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。ORC余熱利用系統(tǒng)既能實現(xiàn)能源回收利用,又有利于環(huán)境保護,當(dāng)前這一研究方向受到人們極大的關(guān)注。本文針對ORC余熱利用過程優(yōu)化控制展開深入研究和分析。詳細(xì)介紹了余熱發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的一種非線性模型。在某一工況點對系統(tǒng)模型進行線性化并做降階處理,最終得到便于后續(xù)系統(tǒng)控制設(shè)計的低階狀態(tài)空間模型?紤]到余熱發(fā)電過程中存在余熱源品質(zhì)波動,設(shè)定值恒定的常規(guī)過程控制方法不能很好的保證系統(tǒng)對余熱的深度利用,本文提出基于監(jiān)督預(yù)測控制的余熱利用過程優(yōu)化控制。在MATLAB環(huán)境下進行了仿真實驗,通過仿真說明這種算法能夠根據(jù)余熱源品質(zhì)的變化而實時調(diào)整并跟蹤設(shè)定值。同時仿真結(jié)果也表明,相比普通PI控制,監(jiān)督預(yù)測控制能進一步提高余熱利用過程的經(jīng)濟性。
[Abstract]:Low temperature resources are widely used in various industrial processes, and its deep utilization is of great significance to improve energy efficiency. Organic Rankine cycle Organic Rankine Cycle. The ORC system is based on engineering thermodynamics and uses different low boiling point organic compounds (or mixtures) instead of water as working fluids. The recycling system of middle and low grade heat energy. ORC waste heat utilization system can not only realize energy recovery and utilization, but also benefit the environmental protection. At present, people pay much attention to this research direction. In this paper, the optimization control of ORC waste heat utilization process is deeply studied and analyzed. A nonlinear model of waste heat generation system is introduced in detail. The system model is linearized and reduced. Finally, a low-order state space model is obtained to facilitate the design of subsequent system control. Considering the existence of residual heat source quality fluctuation in the process of waste heat generation. The conventional process control method with constant set value can not guarantee the deep utilization of the residual heat in the system. In this paper, the optimal control of waste heat utilization process based on supervisory predictive control is proposed. Simulation experiments are carried out under MATLAB environment. The simulation results show that the algorithm can adjust and track the set value in real time according to the change of residual heat source quality. The simulation results also show that compared with the ordinary Pi control. Supervisory predictive control can further improve the economy of waste heat utilization process.
