【摘要】:在機(jī)械制造裝備生產(chǎn)行業(yè),柴油機(jī)作為制造裝備的核心部件,制造裝備的生產(chǎn)效率往往在很大程度上取決于柴油機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率。而柴油機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率在很大程度上又取決于柴油機(jī)的裝配效率。在傳統(tǒng)柴油機(jī)裝配生產(chǎn)線上面,線上工人往往需要人為將大型柴油機(jī)頻繁進(jìn)行各種角度的翻轉(zhuǎn)來滿足零部件的安裝和調(diào)試,而柴油機(jī)往往笨重且脆弱,為了滿足裝配質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,因此不能完全僅僅依靠人工來進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)。而翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)的誕生,在一定程度上極大的提高了裝配質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率并且大幅度降低了工人的勞動強(qiáng)度,全方位地為社會創(chuàng)造了眾多的財富。在柴油機(jī)裝配工藝過程中,翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)的目的在于工人在裝配環(huán)境中能夠快速、便利地對發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)。在柴油機(jī)裝配生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中往往工作量很大,而且需要頻繁的裝配和檢查,此過程需要翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)對柴油機(jī)進(jìn)行頻繁翻轉(zhuǎn)操作,這就產(chǎn)生了本課題:柴油機(jī)裝配線非標(biāo)翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置的設(shè)計與研究。此項(xiàng)研究工作旨在設(shè)計出一臺自動翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī),可以方便、安全的將待裝配的柴油機(jī)進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn),以便提高柴油機(jī)裝配質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益本文在分析了柴油機(jī)裝配線的特點(diǎn)、裝配工藝過程和目前市場上翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)本身特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計、制造了一種柴油機(jī)裝配線翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置。該裝置集機(jī)、電于一體,且具有占地面積小、材料損耗低、翻轉(zhuǎn)效率高和安全性能高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明:該裝置技術(shù)可行、設(shè)計合理、動作精確可靠,具有應(yīng)用推廣價值。首先,對柴油機(jī)裝配線的現(xiàn)狀、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、裝配工藝過程以及在裝配過程國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)柴油機(jī)裝配的目標(biāo)要求,確定了總體方案和方案路線,為該裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供了依據(jù)。結(jié)合大量文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,借助Inventor三維軟件,自主設(shè)計了一套柴油機(jī)裝配線非標(biāo)翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)裝置。該裝置包括支撐平臺、夾緊裝置、三相異步電機(jī)及電氣控制系統(tǒng)。其次,根據(jù)機(jī)械裝置翻轉(zhuǎn)動作和系統(tǒng)控制要求,從節(jié)能角度出發(fā),利用改裝新型能量回饋?zhàn)冾l器對整個翻轉(zhuǎn)動作進(jìn)行控制流程設(shè)計。包括正反轉(zhuǎn)控制部分,長動和點(diǎn)動控制部分,以保證翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)裝置的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠,同時達(dá)到節(jié)能效果。最后,為提高關(guān)鍵零部件剛度、強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性、使用壽命和輕量化要求,以及補(bǔ)償零件加工過程的缺陷,使用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對裝置的關(guān)鍵性零部件進(jìn)行有限元分析。
[Abstract]:In the machinery manufacturing industry production equipment, diesel engine as the core components of the manufacturing equipment, manufacturing equipment production efficiency often depends largely on the production efficiency of the diesel engine. The diesel engine assembly efficiency and production efficiency depends on the diesel engine. On the machine assembly line of traditional diesel online the workers often need to be artificially large diesel engines frequently for a variety of angles to meet the installation and debugging of turning parts, and diesel engines are often cumbersome and fragile, in order to meet the assembly quality and production efficiency, so can not only rely on artificial to flip. While turning machine was born, to a certain extent, greatly improve the assembly the quality and production efficiency and greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers, all created many wealth for the society. In the diesel engine assembly process, turning machine The purpose is that workers can quickly in the assembly environment, facilitate the turning to the engine. The diesel engine assembly operation is often a lot of work, but also the need for frequent assembly and inspection, this process needs to be turned for frequent flip operation of diesel engine, which produces the subject: diesel engine assembly line design and Research on the subject of flip device. This research work is to design an automatic turnover machine, can be convenient, safe diesel will be assembled to flip, so as to improve diesel engine assembly quality and production efficiency, improve the economic benefits of the analysis on characteristics of the diesel engine assembly line, basic assembly process and the current market on the flip machine itself characteristics, design, manufacturing a diesel engine assembly line turning device. The device set machine, electricity in one, and has a small footprint, low material loss, flip effect High rate and high safety performance. The results indicate that the device is feasible in technology, reasonable design, accurate and reliable action, has application value. Firstly, the status quo, the diesel engine assembly line structure, assembly process and assembly process in the domestic and foreign existing upender characteristics were analyzed. According to the goal of diesel engine assembly requirements of the overall plan and the plan route is determined, and provides a basis for the structural design of the device. With the extensive literature research, using Inventor 3D software, designed a set of non-standard diesel engine assembly line turning machine device. The device comprises a supporting platform, a clamping device, a three-phase asynchronous motor and electric control system. Secondly, according to the control requirements of mechanical device and flip system, starting from the energy point of view, on the flip of control process design using the modified model. It includes energy feedback converter Inversion of control part, long moving and jog control part, in order to ensure the stable operation of turning machine, reliable, and achieve energy-saving effect. Finally, the key parts to improve the stiffness, strength, stability, life and require the use of lightweight, defect and compensation machining process, using finite element analysis software ANSYS key parts of the device by finite element analysis.
