基于GT-Power的天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)爆震分析與研究

【摘要】:為了改善增壓天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的燃燒狀況、提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的性能,對(duì)某發(fā)電用增壓天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)爆震現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行研究。利用GT-Power軟件建立了增壓天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)整機(jī)仿真模型,通過(guò)模擬數(shù)據(jù)與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性,然后在仿真模型中利用自主建立的爆震預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的性能和爆震現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算,并對(duì)得到的數(shù)值結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:隨著壓縮比的增加,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生爆震的可能性增大,爆震開(kāi)始時(shí)刻提前,爆震強(qiáng)度增大,燃?xì)庀穆食尸F(xiàn)先減小后增大的趨勢(shì),壓縮比為13時(shí),燃?xì)庀穆首钚?隨著點(diǎn)火提前角的增加,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)生爆震的可能性增大,爆震開(kāi)始時(shí)刻提前,爆震強(qiáng)度基本不變,燃?xì)庀穆首兓厔?shì)是先減小后增大,當(dāng)點(diǎn)火提前角為-21°時(shí),燃?xì)庀穆首钚 ?br/>[Abstract]:In order to improve the combustion of turbocharged natural gas engine and improve the performance of the engine. The detonation phenomenon of a supercharged natural gas engine for power generation is studied. The simulation model of turbocharged natural gas engine is established by using GT-Power software. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the simulation data with the experimental data. Then the performance and detonation phenomena of natural gas engine are simulated and calculated by using the independently established detonation prediction model in the simulation model. The results show that the possibility of detonation increases with the increase of compression ratio, and the detonation intensity increases as the detonation begins earlier. The gas consumption rate decreases first and then increases. The compression ratio is 13:00 and the gas consumption rate is the smallest. With the increase of ignition advance angle, the possibility of engine detonation increases, the detonation start time is early, the detonation intensity is basically unchanged, and the change trend of gas consumption rate is to decrease first and then increase. When the ignition advance angle is -21 擄, the gas consumption rate is minimum.
