【摘要】:制造業(yè)對一個國家的經(jīng)濟和政治地位至關(guān)重要,由于它在21世紀工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的決定性的地位和作用,很多國家尤其是美國等西方發(fā)達國家都把制造業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略列為重中之重。中國作為一個制造業(yè)大國,隨著國際競爭的不斷加劇和我國制造業(yè)勞動力成本的不斷上升,對設備效率、制造成本、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等環(huán)節(jié)的要求不斷提高,企業(yè)之間的競爭愈發(fā)激烈,為了迎接市場的挑戰(zhàn)進一步減少成本和提高生產(chǎn)率,各制造企業(yè)都在尋求更好的技術(shù)來對其生產(chǎn)制造領域進行支持和改進,而這時,大力開展對于數(shù)字化工廠技術(shù)的研究、開發(fā)與應用,有利于推動實現(xiàn)制造過程的自動化和智能化,并可望有效帶動整體智能裝備水平的提升,實現(xiàn)制造業(yè)的技術(shù)飛躍。 本文以華西能源的國家專項項目“清潔高效鍋爐智能制造數(shù)字化車間”為背景,提出了鍋爐智能制造的“數(shù)字化”解決方案,將重點放在研究數(shù)字化裝配工藝規(guī)劃部分,達到了降低鍋爐生產(chǎn)的成本,縮短產(chǎn)品走向市場的周期,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,使企業(yè)更具有競爭力的目的。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 首先,在論述了本文的研究背景基礎上,在三維建模軟件——UG中對鍋爐生產(chǎn)車間和生產(chǎn)線布局進行了三維建模,對汽包車間的典型工位的裝配體進行了三維建模。 其次,基于Tecnomatix軟件,研究了鍋爐汽包的數(shù)字化裝配工藝規(guī)劃,并應用Tecnomatix中的Process Designer和Process Simulate模塊構(gòu)建了最優(yōu)化的數(shù)字化裝配序列和數(shù)字化裝配路徑,避免裝配體各零部件在實際裝配中出現(xiàn)碰撞干涉,提高了裝配效率,降低返工率等。 最后,設計了一個基于ASP.NET平臺的網(wǎng)頁版三維裝配培訓系統(tǒng)。讓工人們可以通過車間計算機獲取汽包裝配的三維指導教程。教程中運用充分模擬真實裝配環(huán)境的裝配仿真過程,對車間工人們進行示教,提高工作效率,減少人為失誤。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is crucial to a country's economic and political status in twenty-first Century, because of its industrial production in the decisive position and effect in many countries, especially the United States and other western developed countries regard the development strategy of manufacturing industry as a priority among priorities. China as a big manufacturing country, with the increasing international competition China's manufacturing industry and the rising labor costs, equipment efficiency, production cost, product quality and other aspects of the increasing demand, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to meet the challenges of the market to further reduce costs and improve productivity, the manufacturing enterprises are in pursuit of better technology to the field of manufacturing support and and then, improved, vigorously carry out the research of the digital factory technology, development and application, is conducive to promoting the automation and intelligent manufacturing process, and is expected to be effective Promote the improvement of the overall level of intelligent equipment and realize the technological leap of the manufacturing industry.
Based on the national special project "Huaxi energy clean and efficient boiler intelligent manufacturing digital workshop" as the background, put forward the "digital" intelligent boiler manufacturing solutions, will focus in the study of digital assembly process planning, to reduce boiler production cost, shorten the period of product to market, improve product quality, make the the purpose of enterprises more competitive. The main research contents are as follows:
First, on the basis of discussing the research background of the paper, 3D modeling of boiler production workshop and production line layout is carried out in 3D modeling software -- UG, and three-dimensional modeling of typical station assembly is carried out.
Secondly, based on the Tecnomatix software, digital assembly process planning of the boiler, and the application of Process Designer and Process Simulate in the Tecnomatix module to construct digital assembly sequence optimization and digital assembly path, avoid the assembly of parts of the collision occurs in the actual assembly interference, improves the assembly efficiency, reduce the rework rate.
Finally, the design of a ASP.NET platform web version of 3D assembly training system based on. Let the workers can get through the drum assembly workshop computer 3D tutorial. Fully simulate the real assembly process of assembly simulation environment using the tutorial, the workshop workers teach, improve work efficiency, reduce human error.
