【摘要】：針對現(xiàn)有發(fā)動機裝配生產(chǎn)線,托盤回轉(zhuǎn)裝置旋轉(zhuǎn)效率低,旋轉(zhuǎn)精度不高的問題,提出一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易控制的摩擦式托盤回轉(zhuǎn)裝置。詳細描述了回轉(zhuǎn)裝置的機械結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理及控制的實施。該裝置由生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一控制,控制系統(tǒng)以西門子工控機IPC677的軟PLC模塊為控制核心,對該工位的動作(狀態(tài))進行監(jiān)控。軟PLC較傳統(tǒng)PLC大大增加了控制的靈活性。目前該裝置已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用在生產(chǎn)線上,實現(xiàn)了裝配工件的高精度角度旋轉(zhuǎn),提高了生產(chǎn)線效率。同時也大大提高了裝配線的自動化程度,促進了自動化裝配生產(chǎn)線的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of low rotation efficiency and low rotation accuracy of existing pallet rotary assembly line, a friction tray rotary device with simple structure and easy control is proposed. The mechanical structure, working principle and control of the rotary device are described in detail. The device is controlled by the control system of the production line. The control system takes the soft PLC module of SIEMENS industrial control IPC677 as the core of control, and monitors the operation status of the station. Soft PLC greatly increases control flexibility than traditional PLC. At present, the device has been successfully applied to the production line, and the high precision angle rotation of the assembly work is realized and the efficiency of the production line has been improved. At the same time, the automation of assembly line is greatly improved, and the development of automatic assembly line is promoted.
