基于工作流理論的土地儲(chǔ)備管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Land reserve, for the current land use system in China, is an innovation, which enables governments at all levels to actively intervene in the land market and strengthen the rational allocation of land resources. The current work flow of land reserve is basically completed by the circulation of stacked materials, including all kinds of documents and materials, and it is difficult to improve the work efficiency. If we encounter the need to determine the next working step according to the actual situation, everyone's general response can only be done according to experience. Each person has different practices and lacks a fixed and standardized work flow. This will often lead to mistakes and omissions in the reserve work. In order to improve the above situation, the land reserve should take the express train of information, so that the reserve work can be digitized and standardized. In the demand for the use of drawings, the traditional paper drawings are transmitted to and from work, which brings inconvenience to the staff. In addition, there will be a variety of disadvantages in the management of drawings in the future, such as finding a drawing involved in a project, which needs to be turned over and over in a pile of files, which is also a disadvantage to the map itself. In summary, based on workflow theory, this paper will analyze the actual requirements of land reserve workflow, design and implement a complete land reserve management system, and on this basis, integrate GIS technology, so that it can view, edit, manage, output and other operations of spatial data at any time, and realize the perfect combination of land reserve business process and spatial data. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the combination of workflow theory and land reserve integrates workflow theory into land reserve work, formulates the work flow of land reserve into workflow rules, and formulates each step of reserve work into workflow form, which can standardize and intelligentize the reserve work, greatly alleviate the problems existing in the current working mode and improve the efficiency of reserve work. Reduce potential errors. (2) Application Research of GIS Technology in Reserve work Application of GIS Technology in Reserve work, so that land reserve staff can edit plot information and related maps according to the actual needs of their own working stage at that time, and after editing, they should be able to realize the common GIS functions such as spatial data viewing, management, analysis and so on, so as to realize the staff members' handling of land reserve business. Spatial information can be processed at any time. (3) the integration of material map management function in this paper, the purpose of this paper is to establish a GIS management system which can undertake the daily land reserve work. The function of managing map and material is integrated in this paper, and ArcgisEngine components and c / C are used. Net to develop, achieve intelligent, standardized development of land reserve work.
