【摘要】：隨著南京市水利信息化建設(shè)工作的推進,各水利管理部門根據(jù)各自部門的業(yè)務(wù)需求開發(fā)建設(shè)了部分水利業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng),但缺乏統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)標準、數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)不能實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)、功能的共建共享,制約了水利信息化建設(shè)。因此,基于統(tǒng)一基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)、標準地理信息服務(wù)技術(shù)的水利地理信息系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),可以為各類水利地理信息的集成共享管理、全市水利信息化的建設(shè)提供更為行之有效的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of water conservancy information construction in Nanjing, various water conservancy management departments have developed and constructed some water conservancy business systems according to the business needs of their respective departments, but lack of unified technical standards and data base. The construction system can not realize the data and the co-construction and sharing of functions, which restricts the construction of water conservancy information. Therefore, the realization of water conservancy geographic information system based on unified basic geographic data and standard geographic information service technology can be used for the integrated sharing management of all kinds of water conservancy geographic information. The construction of water conservancy informatization in the whole city provides more effective technical support.
