“高分四號(hào)”衛(wèi)星觀測(cè)能力與應(yīng)用前景分析
[Abstract]:The "High part IV" satellite is the first geosynchronous orbit remote sensing satellite in a major special project of China's high-resolution Earth observation system, and is also the first high-resolution remote sensing satellite in the world's geosynchronous orbit at present. It has the characteristics of high spatial resolution, extremely high temporal resolution, multi-spectral selection, wide observation range and so on. In order to give full play to the observation ability of the "High Division IV" satellite and become an effective tool for disaster monitoring and disaster prevention and mitigation, the paper summarizes and summarizes five observation modes, namely, gaze mode and tracking mode, corresponding to typical remote sensing applications. Cruise mode, check-in mode, night mode, and analysis of the corresponding observation strategies under various modes. Taking the existing domestic remote sensing satellite as an example, this paper discusses two important factors that affect the application of the "High Division IV" satellite, that is, data continuity and data stability. In view of the potential impact of cruise mode on data continuity, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the use of the "High Division IV" satellite in orbit, and puts forward an evaluation model for the stability of the data. This paper has some reference value for the relevant parties to meet the needs of many kinds of observations and to make rational use of the on-orbit observation capability of the "High Division IV" satellite.
