【摘要】：提出一種基于GIS信息調(diào)度的土地規(guī)劃優(yōu)化方法。首先進(jìn)行了土地規(guī)劃的GIS地理信息參量的模型構(gòu)建和約束目標(biāo)函數(shù)構(gòu)建,然后進(jìn)行GSI地理信息數(shù)據(jù)融合和調(diào)度處理,對(duì)地球表層包括大氣層的空間信息采集結(jié)果應(yīng)用到土地規(guī)劃中,為土地規(guī)劃提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)地盡其用。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)中,以安徽省肥東縣的土地規(guī)劃?rùn)C(jī)關(guān)提供的GIS信息樣本為測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行土地規(guī)劃的GIS信息處理和數(shù)據(jù)分析,仿真結(jié)果表明,采用該方法進(jìn)行土地規(guī)劃,能有效反應(yīng)安徽省肥東縣的土地規(guī)劃的實(shí)際地理信息特征,提高肥東縣的土地的利用效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)合理配置。
[Abstract]:A land planning optimization method based on GIS information scheduling is proposed. Firstly, the model construction and constraint objective function construction of the GIS geographic information parameters of the land planning are carried out, and then the GSI geographic information data fusion and scheduling process is carried out, and the spatial information acquisition result of the earth surface layer including the atmosphere is applied to the land planning, Provide accurate data base for land planning, and make the best use of it. In the simulation experiment, the GIS information samples provided by the land planning authorities in the Feidong County of Anhui Province are the test data, and the GIS information processing and data analysis of the land planning are carried out, and the simulation results show that the land planning is carried out by adopting the method, It can effectively respond to the actual geographical information characteristics of the land planning in the Feidong County of Anhui Province, improve the utilization efficiency of the land in the Feidong County, and realize the reasonable allocation.
