【摘要】：隨著城市各行業(yè)發(fā)展的不斷完善，城市運(yùn)行管理這一課題變得突出重要。傳統(tǒng)GIS理論和應(yīng)用，基本都局限在測繪行業(yè)或者是與之相關(guān)的政府事業(yè)部門，如園林、環(huán)保、警務(wù)系統(tǒng)等，但是涉及到用于城市管理的案例并不多。GIS具有的優(yōu)勢在城市管理中并沒有得到廣泛的應(yīng)用，特別是基于位置和街道實(shí)景影像的應(yīng)用，在城市管理方面很少。 城市運(yùn)行實(shí)景影像平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)，作為新時(shí)代城市運(yùn)行管理與信息技術(shù)結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物，為城市運(yùn)行管理提供快捷方便和有效的信息獲取方式和管理手段。本文通過使用.NET和ArcGIS Server結(jié)合GIS理論深入結(jié)合城市運(yùn)行管理中的部分案件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 城市運(yùn)行管理部門缺乏GIS專業(yè)人員，，對GIS用于城市運(yùn)行管理的概念很模糊，而且對于這樣一個(gè)系統(tǒng)如何使用，有什么優(yōu)勢都存在疑惑。通過使用.NET和ArcGIS Server結(jié)合GIS理論和移動(dòng)道路測量系統(tǒng)采集的街道實(shí)景影像數(shù)據(jù)，開發(fā)一個(gè)可以在線電子地圖瀏覽、街道實(shí)景影像瀏覽、特殊案件查詢、興趣點(diǎn)查詢與柱狀全景和特殊路段360°全景瀏覽的網(wǎng)站系統(tǒng)，對于城市運(yùn)行部門可以根據(jù)街道案件上報(bào)信息，準(zhǔn)確定位案件事發(fā)地點(diǎn)，提高案件處理人員的工作效率具有很大作用。同時(shí)該系統(tǒng)還提供規(guī)劃線路的設(shè)定與預(yù)覽功能，方便政府部門采取重大活動(dòng)線路的決策。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the development of the city's various industries, the subject of the city's running management has become more and more important. The theory and application of the traditional GIS are all limited in the surveying and mapping industry or the relevant government sector, such as the garden, the environment protection, the police system, etc., but the case involving the urban management is not much. The advantages of GIS are not widely used in urban management, especially on the application of location and street live images. As a result of the integration of the city operation management and information technology in the new era, the urban operation real-view image platform system provides a quick and convenient and effective information acquisition mode and a management hand for urban operation management. in this context, Using. NET and ArcGIS Server in combination with GIS theory and deeply combining some cases in urban operation management to design and practice the system Now, there is a lack of GIS professionals in the urban operation and management department, the concept of GIS for urban operation management is very vague, and how to use such a system, what benefits are stored In doubt. Through using. NET and ArcGIS Server combined with the GIS theory and the street live image data collected by the mobile road measurement system, an online electronic map browsing, street live image browsing, special case query, interest point inquiry and column-like panoramic and special section 360-degree panoramic browsing are developed. The station system can accurately position the incident place of the case according to the information of the street case, and improve the working efficiency of the case processing personnel. The system also provides the setting and preview function of the planning line, which is convenient for the government departments to take major active lines.
