城市運(yùn)行實(shí)景影像平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the development of the city's various industries, the subject of the city's running management has become more and more important. The theory and application of the traditional GIS are all limited in the surveying and mapping industry or the relevant government sector, such as the garden, the environment protection, the police system, etc., but the case involving the urban management is not much. The advantages of GIS are not widely used in urban management, especially on the application of location and street live images. As a result of the integration of the city operation management and information technology in the new era, the urban operation real-view image platform system provides a quick and convenient and effective information acquisition mode and a management hand for urban operation management. in this context, Using. NET and ArcGIS Server in combination with GIS theory and deeply combining some cases in urban operation management to design and practice the system Now, there is a lack of GIS professionals in the urban operation and management department, the concept of GIS for urban operation management is very vague, and how to use such a system, what benefits are stored In doubt. Through using. NET and ArcGIS Server combined with the GIS theory and the street live image data collected by the mobile road measurement system, an online electronic map browsing, street live image browsing, special case query, interest point inquiry and column-like panoramic and special section 360-degree panoramic browsing are developed. The station system can accurately position the incident place of the case according to the information of the street case, and improve the working efficiency of the case processing personnel. The system also provides the setting and preview function of the planning line, which is convenient for the government departments to take major active lines.
