【摘要】：我國(guó)人多地少的國(guó)情和工業(yè)用地的快速增長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)狀加劇了我國(guó)土地稀缺與用地需求之間的矛盾，使得產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與空間受限的矛盾進(jìn)一步激化。產(chǎn)業(yè)用地結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、布局不優(yōu)化、功能不健全和利用效率低等問(wèn)題逐漸暴露出來(lái)。而掌握城市化地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地的分布、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能布局、利用效率，分析我國(guó)土地使用的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況是實(shí)行集約節(jié)約用地制度，走資源節(jié)約型的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展道路的重要技術(shù)手段�！爱a(chǎn)業(yè)用地?cái)?shù)據(jù)整合與建庫(kù)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”是“城市化地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地集約化利用與調(diào)控技術(shù)研究與示范”建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的子課題，主要是綜合運(yùn)用地理信息系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)、工程學(xué)技術(shù)、測(cè)繪科學(xué)等多項(xiàng)技術(shù)，，以合肥市為示范區(qū)，對(duì)合肥市產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)有效的分析、整合與建庫(kù)，為相關(guān)其他課題的研究提供數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和數(shù)據(jù)支撐。論文的主要內(nèi)容有以下幾個(gè)部分： （1）分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地源數(shù)據(jù)的組成、分類、獲取與存儲(chǔ)方式，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理歸納，提取出建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地?cái)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)所需要的源數(shù)據(jù)，并對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn)做了分析； （2）通過(guò)分析產(chǎn)業(yè)用地要素對(duì)象本質(zhì)特征，創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)業(yè)用地要素對(duì)象數(shù)據(jù)模型、分類體系、編碼方法、空間數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、屬性數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)交換格式等數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型，結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)用地編制的要求和原則，制定《產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。 （3）論文基于Geodatabase數(shù)據(jù)模型，研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)用地?cái)?shù)據(jù)整合的技術(shù)路線與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)體系，并以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)各土地?cái)?shù)據(jù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)普查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了整合實(shí)現(xiàn)，得到建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)所需各類規(guī)范數(shù)據(jù)。為使繁雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)普查數(shù)據(jù)入庫(kù)便捷，論文用C#、ARC Engine手段進(jìn)行開發(fā)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了Excel表格數(shù)據(jù)向ArcGIS表格數(shù)據(jù)方便、快速、一體化地轉(zhuǎn)換。 （4）在數(shù)據(jù)整合后，基于Geodatabase，使用CASE工具設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地?cái)?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型，然后對(duì)符合規(guī)范的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)入庫(kù)，得到產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，并對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)用地綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)做了簡(jiǎn)要的闡述。
[Abstract]:The situation of more people and less land and the rapid growth of industrial land have aggravated the contradiction between land scarcity and land demand in our country, and further intensified the contradiction between industrial development and space restriction. The problems such as unreasonable structure of industrial land, unoptimized layout, imperfect function and low utilization efficiency are exposed gradually. However, mastering the distribution, structure and function distribution of industrial land, utilizing efficiency and analyzing the actual situation of land use in China are the important technical means to implement intensive land saving system and take the road of resource-saving urbanization. Research on the key Technology of data Integration and Database Construction of Industrial Land is a sub-project of "Research and demonstration of intensive Utilization and Control Technology of Industrial Land in urbanized areas", which is mainly the comprehensive use of GIS, computer science and technology. Engineering technology, surveying and mapping science and many other technologies, taking Hefei as an example area, the comprehensive data of industrial land in Hefei are systematically and effectively analyzed, integrated and built, and database standards and data support are provided for the research of other related topics. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the composition, classification, acquisition and storage methods of industrial land source data are analyzed, the data are sorted and summarized, and the source data needed for construction industry land database is extracted. The characteristics of these data are analyzed. (2) by analyzing the essential characteristics of industrial land element object, the data standard models, such as data model, classification system, coding method, spatial data structure, attribute data structure and data exchange format, are established. Combined with the requirements and principles of industrial land preparation, the Industrial Land Comprehensive Database Standard was formulated. (3) based on the Geodatabase data model, the paper studies the technical route and key technology system of the integration of industrial land data, and on the basis of which, the integration of land data and economic census data is realized. Get all kinds of standard data needed to establish the database. In order to make the complicated data of economic census convenient to be stored in the database, this paper develops the data from Excel to ArcGIS by means of CZ and ARC Engine, and realizes the convenient, rapid and integrated transformation from the tabular data to the ArcGIS data. (4) after data integration, the industrial land database model is designed by using CASE tool based on Geodatabase, and then the relevant data are put into the database to get the comprehensive industrial land database. At the same time, the comprehensive database management system of industrial land use is briefly described.
