【摘要】：計(jì)算機(jī)地圖制圖技術(shù)產(chǎn)生于20世紀(jì)50年代,經(jīng)歷了探索、發(fā)展、普及等幾個(gè)階段后,在20世紀(jì)90年代進(jìn)入了全面應(yīng)用階段。在這一時(shí)期,計(jì)算機(jī)地圖技術(shù)由原來(lái)的面向?qū)＜?轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槊嫦虼蟊?地圖的藝術(shù)性開始逐步為人們所重視。上世紀(jì)80年代末開始,各種矢量繪圖軟件相繼問(wèn)世,基于其面向?qū)ο蟮木庉嫮h(huán)境、友好的圖形用戶界面、良好的圖形繪制輸出效果,被地圖制圖人員廣泛的運(yùn)用于各類地圖的編制之中。 矢量平面制圖軟件種類多樣、功能相近,國(guó)內(nèi)被制圖人員應(yīng)用在地圖編制中的主要有三種：CorelDRAW、Freehand和Adobe Illustrator,早期CorelDRAW和Freehand地圖制圖的應(yīng)用研究相對(duì)較多。然而自2005年Freehand被Adobe收購(gòu)之后,Adobe Illustrator在矢量制圖領(lǐng)域的地位開始逐漸上升,事實(shí)上已成矢量圖形編輯軟件的行業(yè)默認(rèn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然而至今關(guān)于Adobe Illustrator地圖制圖的相關(guān)研究依舊很少,還停留在圖形繪制、編輯階段,Adobe Illustrator強(qiáng)大的輔助地圖制圖功能未被充分發(fā)掘,與此同時(shí),CorelDRAW地圖制圖的相關(guān)研究一直在進(jìn)步。因此本文通過(guò)對(duì)比CorelDRAW和Adobe Illustrator地圖制圖中的應(yīng)用差異來(lái)討論如何應(yīng)用矢量繪圖軟件編制地圖。 本文首先闡述了計(jì)算機(jī)地圖制圖的相關(guān)概念、發(fā)展歷程、基本流程等背景,并結(jié)合基本制圖流程對(duì)相關(guān)制圖軟件進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹；之后從軟件工作界面、圖層管理、導(dǎo)入和導(dǎo)出等方面對(duì)兩款軟件在地圖制圖中的應(yīng)用做初步的綜合分析和比較；最后針對(duì)地圖編制中最常見的地圖符號(hào)設(shè)計(jì)與制作對(duì)兩款軟件地圖制圖功能進(jìn)行深入研究。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),利用CorelDRAW所能完成的各種地圖制圖相關(guān)任務(wù),在Adobe Illustrator中也能完成,大部分情況下,Adobe Illustrator的操作更便捷、解決途徑更多；反之,在Adobe Illustrator中所能實(shí)現(xiàn)的地圖制圖效果,在CorelDRAW中則不一定能簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)現(xiàn),例如利用Adobe Illustrator中“圖表工具”輔助制作專題統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表、利用“寬度”工具設(shè)計(jì)寬度漸變水系等。
[Abstract]:The technology of computer map mapping came into being in the 1950s. After several stages of exploration, development and popularization, it entered the stage of comprehensive application in the 1990s. In this period, the technology of computer map changed from facing experts to facing the public, and the artistry of map began to be paid more and more attention. Since the end of 1980s, various vector drawing software have come out one after another, based on its object-oriented editing environment, friendly graphical user interface, good graphic drawing output effect. It is widely used by cartographers in the compilation of all kinds of maps. Vector plane mapping software has a variety of types and similar functions. There are mainly three kinds of cartographic software used by cartographers in China: CorelDRAW,Freehand and Adobe Illustrator, early CorelDRAW and Freehand cartography application research is relatively more. However, since Freehand was acquired by Adobe in 2005, the status of, Adobe Illustrator in vector graphics has gradually increased, in fact, it has become the industry default standard for vector graphics editing software. However, up to now, the research on Adobe Illustrator cartography is still few, and still stay in drawing. The powerful auxiliary cartographic function of, Adobe Illustrator in editing stage has not been fully explored. At the same time, the related research of CorelDRAW cartography has been progressing. Therefore, this paper discusses how to use vector mapping software to compile map by comparing the difference of application between CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. In this paper, the related concepts, development course and basic flow of computer cartography are introduced firstly, and the related cartographic software is simply introduced in combination with the basic cartographic process. After that, the application of the two software in cartography is analyzed and compared from the aspects of software interface, layer management, import and export. In the end, two kinds of software cartographic functions are deeply studied in view of the design and making of the most common map symbols in map compilation. It is found that all kinds of mapping related tasks can be accomplished in Adobe Illustrator by using CorelDRAW. In most cases, the operation of, Adobe Illustrator is more convenient and there are more ways to solve it. On the other hand, the effect of map mapping that can be realized in Adobe Illustrator is not necessarily simple in CorelDRAW, for example, the "chart tool" in Adobe Illustrator is used to assist in making thematic statistical charts, and the "width" tool is used to design the gradient water system with width.
