基于AE的土地開發(fā)整理管理信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:土地資源是國家實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是不可再生資源。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,土地資源愈發(fā)緊張,土地利用也日新月異。通過土地開發(fā)整理對土地利用的調(diào)整和綜合治理,可有效改善其利用現(xiàn)狀,挖掘資源潛力,提高集約化利用程度,促進(jìn)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展與利用。然而傳統(tǒng)的土地資源的管理方式在很大程度上跟不上土地資源變更的要求,近年來,隨著地理信息系統(tǒng)的快速發(fā)展及其應(yīng)用,GIS憑借其快速處理和綜合運(yùn)籌的優(yōu)勢,已成社會(huì)多種行業(yè)的宏觀決策以及區(qū)域多目標(biāo)開發(fā)的重要應(yīng)用工具。將土地信息與地理信息系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,充分發(fā)揮地理信息系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢,能改變傳統(tǒng)的管理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)土地信息的高效管理及土地資源的優(yōu)化配置。為此,本文以土地信息為核心,以GIS為工具開發(fā)了基于AE的土地開發(fā)整理管理信息系統(tǒng)。 本文列述了有關(guān)土地信息管理系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外發(fā)展的狀況,以及體現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)和未來的發(fā)展趨勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以ArcGIS Engine為GIS二次開發(fā)工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向用戶的土地開發(fā)整理管理信息系統(tǒng)的建立,并從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)研究包括系統(tǒng)的可行性分析、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的軟硬件環(huán)境、系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方式的選擇、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)等都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能有數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入和導(dǎo)出、視圖管理、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、緩沖區(qū)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、圖表文檔的輸出、圖形打印輸出等,并對系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的部分功能進(jìn)行說明演示。論文在最后作出了總結(jié),并展望了今后系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:The land resource is the important material foundation of the country to realize the sustainable development, is the non-renewable resource. With the rapid development of economic construction in China, land resources are increasingly tense and land use is changing with each passing day. The adjustment and comprehensive management of land use through land development and consolidation can effectively improve the present situation of land use, tap the potential of resources, enhance the degree of intensive utilization, and promote its sustainable development and utilization. However, the traditional management of land resources can not keep up with the requirements of land resource change to a great extent. In recent years, with the rapid development and application of GIS, GIS has the advantage of rapid processing and comprehensive operation. It has become an important application tool for macro-decision-making and multi-objective development of various industries. By combining land information with GIS, the advantages of GIS can be brought into full play, the traditional management mode can be changed, and the efficient management of land information and the optimal allocation of land resources can be realized. Therefore, the land development and consolidation management information system based on AE is developed with land information as the core and GIS as the tool. This paper describes the development of land information management system at home and abroad, as well as the characteristics and future development trend. On this basis, with ArcGIS Engine as the second development tool of GIS, the user oriented land development and consolidation management information system is established. The system design research includes the feasibility analysis of the system, the software and hardware environment of the system operation. The selection of system development mode, the design of database and the design of system function module are all analyzed in detail. The main functions of the system are data import and export, view management, data query, buffer analysis, statistical analysis, etc. Graphic document output, graphic printing output, and some functions of the system are described and demonstrated. Finally, the paper makes a summary, and looks forward to the future development direction of the system.
