基于GIS和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)的水環(huán)境信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,水環(huán)境狀況的日益惡化,社會(huì)各界對(duì)水環(huán)境管理提出了更高的要求。同時(shí),各種信息管理技術(shù)的興起,特別是GIS和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,大大促進(jìn)了水環(huán)境信息管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展;贕IS和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)建立水環(huán)境信息管理系統(tǒng)已成為當(dāng)前水環(huán)境信息管理、規(guī)劃研究中的主要課題,對(duì)于提高環(huán)境管理工作效率,改善水環(huán)境狀況和實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源的可持續(xù)開發(fā)利用均具有及其重要的意義。因此,本次研究工作的目的是以惠州市為例,以國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的組件式GIS為開發(fā)平臺(tái),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外較為成熟的關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理技術(shù),建立一個(gè)面向管理層和決策層的水環(huán)境信息可視化管理系統(tǒng)。 本論文就水環(huán)境信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)做了較為深入的研究,并取得了如下成果: (1)針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)水環(huán)境管理系統(tǒng)的空間數(shù)據(jù)與屬性數(shù)據(jù)分開存儲(chǔ),數(shù)據(jù)獲取緩慢、準(zhǔn)確率低的問題,采用SQL Sever2000來建立空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了水環(huán)境空間數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)的一體化存儲(chǔ)和管理,大大提高了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)行效率。而且SQL Sever2000技術(shù)的運(yùn)用使得數(shù)據(jù)可在局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)共享,保證了數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)效性。 (2)采用Visual Basic高級(jí)編程語言對(duì)組件式GIS進(jìn)行集成二次開發(fā),不僅提高了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)效率,而且還提高了信息管理過程中信息獲取的便捷性、高效性及可視化程度,使得系統(tǒng)具有更靈活而強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理功能和友好而美觀的用戶操作界面。 (3)針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)水環(huán)境信息管理系統(tǒng)空間數(shù)據(jù)分析處理能力不足的問題,將普通數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和GIS所提供的空間地理分析功能有效結(jié)合,采用Visual Basic高級(jí)編程語言開發(fā)專業(yè)功能模塊,具有對(duì)空間數(shù)據(jù)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)的綜合分析能力,彌補(bǔ)了其它工具純圖形或純文字表格的表達(dá)缺陷,使空間數(shù)據(jù)的圖形表現(xiàn)和屬性數(shù)據(jù)的空間分析能力都有了很大的提高,可以更好的滿足環(huán)境工作的需要。系統(tǒng)具有信息查詢?yōu)g覽、數(shù)據(jù)管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)匯總、趨勢(shì)分析、水質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)、污染源管理和系統(tǒng)管理等功能,可以快速直觀的顯示和分析惠州市水環(huán)境當(dāng)前污染狀況、水質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果、污染源分布、追蹤污染物來源及進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的空間輔助決策分析,且具有生成報(bào)表和專題圖的能力。 (4)系統(tǒng)有機(jī)結(jié)合了監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)管理、監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)管理和圖表分析三大功能,使得環(huán)保數(shù)據(jù)的管理更為高效和方便。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the worsening of water environment, all walks of life have put forward higher requirements for water environment management. At the same time, the rise of various information management technologies, especially the development of GIS and database technology, has greatly promoted the development of water environment information management system. The establishment of water environment information management system based on GIS and database technology has become the main task in the current water environment information management, planning and research, to improve the efficiency of environmental management, It is of great significance to improve the water environment and realize the sustainable development and utilization of water resources. Therefore, the purpose of this research work is to take Huizhou City as an example, take the advanced component GIS as the development platform at home and abroad, and combine the more mature relational database management technology at home and abroad. A water environment information visualization management system for management and decision level is established. In this paper, the design and development of water environment information management system have been deeply studied, and the following results have been achieved: (1) the spatial data and attribute data of traditional water environment management system are stored separately, and the data acquisition is slow. For the problem of low accuracy, SQL Sever2000 is used to establish spatial database and attribute database, which realizes the integrated storage and management of spatial data and attribute data in water environment, and greatly improves the efficiency of data operation of the system. And the application of SQL Sever2000 technology makes the data can be shared in the LAN, which ensures the timeliness of the data. (2) adopting Visual Basic advanced programming language to develop component GIS not only improves the development efficiency of the system, but also improves the convenience, efficiency and visualization of information acquisition in the process of information management. The system has more flexible and powerful data processing function and friendly and beautiful user interface. (3) aiming at the problem that the spatial data analysis and processing ability of traditional water environment information management system is insufficient, the common database technology and the spatial geographic analysis function provided by GIS are effectively combined. Using Visual Basic advanced programming language to develop professional functional module, it has the ability to analyze spatial data and attribute data synthetically, which makes up for the expression defects of other tools, such as pure graphics or pure text tables. The graphic representation of spatial data and the spatial analysis ability of attribute data have been greatly improved, which can better meet the needs of environmental work. The system has the functions of information query and browse, data management, statistical summary, trend analysis, water quality evaluation, pollution source management and system management. It can quickly and intuitively display and analyze the current pollution situation and water quality evaluation results in Huizhou City. Distribution of pollution sources, tracking of pollutant sources and simple spatial decision-making analysis, and the ability to generate reports and thematic maps. (4) the system combines three functions: monitoring point management, monitoring data management and chart analysis, which makes the management of environmental data more efficient and convenient.
