美國利用GIS技術(shù)提升城市火災(zāi)防控

【摘要】:正約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)彭博公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院最新研究提出將GIS技術(shù)用于消防部門對煙霧探測報警器的選購和安裝過程的跟蹤與定位。該研究首次將GIS技術(shù)應(yīng)用到消防設(shè)施評估。主要結(jié)論包括:消防部門對煙霧報警器的檢查低效且重復(fù)性工作;消防檢測應(yīng)采用系統(tǒng)性的方法進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和追溯;GIS技術(shù)可利用大量人口普查數(shù)據(jù),消防部門根據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)知風(fēng)險因素,如老人年、空置房或低收入等數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The latest research from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health proposes that GIS technology be used to track and locate smoke detection alarms in fire departments. This study applied GIS technology to fire protection facility evaluation for the first time. The main conclusions are as follows: the inspection of smoke alarm by fire department is inefficient and repetitive, and the fire detection should adopt systematic method to plan, transmit and trace the data. GIS technology can use a lot of census data, fire departments based on the relevant data to predict risk factors, such as the year of the elderly, vacant houses or low-income data.
