【摘要】：針對(duì)地理國(guó)情要素?cái)?shù)據(jù)的成果質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,該文提出了總體概查、詳查、樣本外概查的檢查流程,分析需要檢驗(yàn)的質(zhì)量元素,確定了不同質(zhì)量元素的檢驗(yàn)方法,進(jìn)一步區(qū)分出可以采用程序自動(dòng)檢查的質(zhì)量元素,并通過(guò)建立規(guī)則庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)部分檢查項(xiàng)的批自動(dòng)檢查。然后,研究其余質(zhì)量檢查項(xiàng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,明確了普遍問(wèn)題所在,完善了質(zhì)量檢查項(xiàng)的人機(jī)交互檢查。最后,對(duì)43個(gè)縣域平方千米的地理國(guó)情要素?cái)?shù)據(jù)成果質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),其結(jié)果表明:該文提出的技術(shù)路線是可行的,質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果是客觀的。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of the result quality of geographical national factor data, this paper puts forward the inspection flow of general survey, detailed investigation and general survey outside sample, analyzes the quality elements that need to be inspected, and determines the inspection methods of different quality elements. Furthermore, the quality elements that can be automatically checked by the program are distinguished, and the batch automatic checking of some items is realized by establishing the rule base. Then, the realization method of the other quality inspection items is studied, the common problem is clarified, and the man-machine interactive inspection of the quality inspection item is perfected. Finally, the quality of geographic national factor data of 43 counties is tested. The results show that the technical route proposed in this paper is feasible and the result of quality evaluation is objective.
