【摘要】：土地資源是人類賴以生存的生產(chǎn)資料。現(xiàn)階段我國人多地少，耕地后備資源嚴(yán)重不足。隨著社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，各項(xiàng)建設(shè)對(duì)土地的需求量增加，土地資源變得越發(fā)珍貴。因此，土地整治成為我國實(shí)現(xiàn)耕地總量動(dòng)態(tài)平衡，促進(jìn)國民社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要途徑。 本文以瀘定縣為例。在ARCGIS軟件的支持下，運(yùn)用樣區(qū)調(diào)查研究的方法對(duì)瀘定縣的農(nóng)用地整治潛力進(jìn)行測(cè)算研究。首先對(duì)瀘定縣土地利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)，將瀘定縣耕地分為平耕地和坡耕地，分類型選取樣區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)耕地面積，農(nóng)村道路、溝渠、田坎面積，計(jì)算溝路坎系數(shù)。并用理想地塊法來制定瀘定縣農(nóng)用地地整治標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。測(cè)算出瀘定縣各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)用地整治潛力。最后對(duì)農(nóng)用地潛力級(jí)別分等。 研究通過與GIS技術(shù)手段結(jié)合對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析可以得到更科學(xué)、直觀的結(jié)果，，是土地資源研究的先進(jìn)手段之一。 本文研究結(jié)果表明，瀘定縣農(nóng)用地有很大的整治潛力，瀘定縣應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)土地管理，發(fā)掘土地整治潛力，加強(qiáng)科學(xué)技術(shù)在土地整治方式中的應(yīng)用。通過土地整治促進(jìn)區(qū)域土地利用的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境三效益的協(xié)調(diào)、統(tǒng)一，并隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，三種效益不斷提高，形成良性循環(huán)發(fā)展，即在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)階段上，土地的利用都是合理可持續(xù)的。
[Abstract]:Land resources are the means of production on which human beings live. At this stage, our country has more people and less land, and the cultivated land reserve resources are seriously insufficient. With the rapid development of society and economy, land resources become more and more precious. Therefore, land regulation has become the main way to realize the dynamic balance of cultivated land amount, promote the coordinated development of national society and economy, and sustainable development. This paper takes Luding County as an example. With the support of ARCGIS software, the potential of agricultural land regulation in Luding County was calculated and studied by using the method of sample area investigation and research. Firstly, the present situation of land use in Luding County is investigated and counted. The cultivated land in Luding County is divided into plain cultivated land and sloping cultivated land. The area of cultivated land, rural roads, ditches and canals are selected to calculate the coefficient of gully and ridge. And the ideal plot method to establish the Luding County agricultural land regulation standards. The potential of agricultural land renovation in Luding County was calculated. Finally, the potential of agricultural land grading. The research can get more scientific and intuitive results by combining with GIS technology. It is one of the advanced methods of land resources research. The results of this paper show that the agricultural land in Luding County has great potential for land regulation, and the land management in Luding County should be further strengthened, the potential of land regulation should be excavated, and the application of science and technology in the mode of land regulation should be strengthened. To promote the coordination and unification of the economic, social and environmental benefits of regional land use through land regulation, and with the development of social economy, the three benefits are continuously improved, forming a virtuous circle of development, that is, in each stage of social and economic development, Land use is reasonable and sustainable.
