【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展正處在新階段的爬坡時期,大力推進(jìn)農(nóng)村信息化是統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)村的必然選擇。農(nóng)村數(shù)據(jù)庫是農(nóng)村信息化的承載基礎(chǔ),在農(nóng)村信息化的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。 重慶市作為地理國情調(diào)查的首批試點城市之一,在城市化建設(shè)當(dāng)中取得了令人矚目的成績,其中包括面向數(shù)據(jù)交換和公共服務(wù)的“重慶市公共服務(wù)平臺”、針對交通信息的“重慶市交巡警平臺”、針對數(shù)字城市的“重慶市城鎮(zhèn)化管理系統(tǒng)”。可見重慶市在鄉(xiāng)村綜合信息數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)方面具備理論基礎(chǔ)和數(shù)據(jù)保障,為鄉(xiāng)村數(shù)據(jù)填報系統(tǒng)和鄉(xiāng)村數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)奠定了深厚的基礎(chǔ)。 本文從農(nóng)村信息化和數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)的角度分析了目前農(nóng)村信息數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)研究現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)的介紹了GIS技術(shù)在數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)和系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建中的作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了重慶市鄉(xiāng)村綜合信息數(shù)據(jù)庫的研究內(nèi)容和技術(shù)路線。結(jié)合鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃人員的需求,從數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)入庫手段幾個方面對鄉(xiāng)村綜合信息數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行了介紹,并開發(fā)了與數(shù)據(jù)庫配套的鄉(xiāng)村數(shù)據(jù)填報系統(tǒng)和鄉(xiāng)村數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)。利用Ajax和WebGIS技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)填報系統(tǒng),C#語言和ComGIS技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng),二者通過鄉(xiāng)村綜合信息數(shù)據(jù)庫建立聯(lián)系,形成了一套“收集-管理-應(yīng)用”的軟件體系。最后對鄉(xiāng)村綜合信息數(shù)據(jù)庫的備份恢復(fù)、更新機制進(jìn)行了說明。 該數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)已在重慶市地理信息中心得到使用,有效的實現(xiàn)了對重慶市鄉(xiāng)村數(shù)據(jù)的管理和維護(hù),為鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持,通過數(shù)據(jù)交換能夠在各部門之間形成更廣泛的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:At present, China's rural economic development is in a new stage of climbing, vigorously promoting rural informatization is the inevitable choice to coordinate the economic and social development of urban and rural areas, and to build modern rural areas. Rural database is the bearing base of rural informatization and plays an important role in the development of rural informatization. Chongqing, as one of the first pilot cities in the geographical situation survey, has made remarkable achievements in the construction of urbanization, including the Chongqing Public Service platform for data exchange and public services. Chongqing Traffic Patrol platform for traffic information and Chongqing urbanization management system for digital city. It can be seen that Chongqing has theoretical foundation and data guarantee in the construction of rural comprehensive information database, which lays a deep foundation for the realization of rural data filling system and rural database management system. This paper analyzes the present situation of rural information database construction from the angle of rural informatization and database construction, and systematically introduces the function of GIS technology in database construction and system construction. On this basis, the research content and technical route of Chongqing rural comprehensive information database are determined. According to the needs of township planners, this paper introduces the rural comprehensive information database from the aspects of data content, data structure and data storage means. And developed the database matching rural data filling system and rural database management system. Data filling and reporting system is realized by using Ajax and WebGIS technology, database management system is realized by C # language and ComGIS technology. They form a set of software system of "collection-management-application" through establishing connection of rural comprehensive information database. Finally, the backup recovery and update mechanism of rural comprehensive information database are explained. The database system has been used in Chongqing Geographic Information Center, which effectively realizes the management and maintenance of rural data in Chongqing, and provides data support for rural planning. More extensive applications can be formed between departments through data exchange.
