基于WebGIS的土地利用現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The investigation of land use status change is the main way for the country to master the land use change situation and obtain the land use status data. Through the efforts of land surveyors for many years, a land change investigation mechanism has been formed in which the state makes remote sensing monitoring maps, the local land departments carry out field investigations, and the state organizes results verification. Because of the intersection of the whole investigation work, the poor coordination of the departments, the low professional skills of the grass-roots personnel, the complicated process and the heavy time and task, the efficiency of the investigation work is low and the quality of the results is poor. To reduce the repeated process and intermediate workload of land change investigation, to ensure the standardization and scientificity of land use investigation, to improve the efficiency and quality of land use investigation, GIS, as a powerful tool for spatial data management, is widely used in land change surveys. The establishment of land use status survey management system based on WebGIS can realize the efficient management and application of change investigation and land use data, which has certain practical value and research significance. According to the relevant standards and norms of land change investigation, the paper designs and develops a land change survey management system based on WebGIS, taking the actual operation mode of land change survey in a certain city as the research object, and according to the business demand of the user to the land change survey. In this paper, WebGIS technology, Ajax technology and Java service technology are integrated into the land change survey management system. The relational database MySQL is used to manage the monitoring map spot data, and the OGC standard map service is used as the working background map. The Java background service is used to obtain and update the system business related data. This paper summarizes the development process of land change investigation at home and abroad, and elaborates the process of land change investigation at present in China. At the same time, it introduces the basis of Ajax technology, the theory and implementation of SPA technology of single page, and the Java backstage service technology based on Restful style, which is the technical support of constructing WebGIS system. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the land change investigation requirements of relevant units such as the Bureau of Land and Land, the functional requirements of the system are further analyzed, and the overall design of the system based on the B / S model and the outline design of the system database are completed. A new scheme of land change investigation and management is designed, which synthesizes the process of issuing, uploading and managing the survey task. The system is designed with the technology of front and rear separation, and the construction of the system is completed. The system has been used in the investigation of land change in a certain city of Shandong Province, which proves the scientific and practical value of the system.
