GPS窄帶干擾的壓縮感知多級原子庫估計

【摘要】:全球定位系統(tǒng)(GPS)窄帶干擾抑制常用的方法是用頻域變換估計干擾頻帶,然后用頻率內插或外推濾波削弱干擾信號的影響。為緩解在干擾頻帶探測階段較高的信號采樣率和頻域變換所帶來的高計算量的壓力,提出了一種新的利用多層級原子庫進行窄帶干擾頻帶估計的方法。分別研究了多種GPS窄帶干擾在傅里葉基、原子庫稀疏表示基下用壓縮感知重構進行干擾頻率估計的方法。用Monte Carlo仿真分析了不同的信噪比、搜索步長和測量值數目條件對壓縮感知構造過完備原子庫方法進行窄帶信號頻帶估計效果的影響,驗證了文中提出方法的有效性。理論分析表明:所提方法與傳統(tǒng)頻域變換方法相比,具有能夠極大減少測量值與計算量的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:The common method of (GPS) narrowband interference suppression in GPS is to estimate the interference frequency band by frequency domain transform, and then use frequency interpolation or extrapolation filter to weaken the influence of interference signal. In order to reduce the pressure of high sampling rate and high computational complexity brought by the high frequency domain transformation in the phase of interference band detection, a new method for narrowband interference band estimation using multi-level atomic banks is proposed. In this paper, the interference frequency estimation methods of GPS narrowband interference based on Fourier basis and atomic library sparse representation basis are studied using compressed sensing reconstruction. The effects of different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), search step size and the number of measured values on the narrow-band signal band estimation of compressed sensing over complete atomic banks are analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. The theoretical analysis shows that compared with the traditional frequency domain transform method, the proposed method has the advantages of greatly reducing the measurement value and computational complexity.
