面向陸地國界線生成的地形特征線提取及匹配技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,世界上很過國家還存在邊界領(lǐng)土爭端問題,早日解決這一問題不僅有利于爭議地區(qū)的繁榮與穩(wěn)定,而且對爭議各國有效的捍衛(wèi)國家領(lǐng)土主權(quán)和民族利益也具有不可估量的作用。在談判劃界過程中,涉及領(lǐng)土問題必須寸土必爭,這就要求劃界結(jié)果精準(zhǔn)可靠、具有說服力。鑒于上述要求,本文對劃界法理和已有系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)生成的劃界線與實(shí)際地形吻合效果較差,吻合過程需要通過手工操作來完成。這不僅增加了談判劃界的勞動強(qiáng)度,而且延長了劃界談判的進(jìn)程。鑒于此,本文開展了面向陸地國界線生成的地形特征線提取與匹配技術(shù)的研究。 1.本文首先闡述了國界的基本概念、類型以及談判劃界的基本理論和技術(shù),探討了地形特征線提取及匹配的研究意義,,并對其研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出其中存在的不足,確立了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容及整體思路。 2.通過對某些地貌特點(diǎn)比較復(fù)雜的爭議區(qū)進(jìn)行分析,提出了地形特征線優(yōu)化處理的技術(shù)方案;在對平面曲率與坡形組合法提取地形特征線原理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,借助柵格分析與ArcGIS模型構(gòu)造器對提取模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)造實(shí)現(xiàn),提取了基本的地形特征線;應(yīng)用數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)對基本地形特征線進(jìn)行逐步優(yōu)化處理,解決了地形特征線的斷裂、破碎、交叉、閉合等問題;對矢量地形特征線進(jìn)行等級編碼及篩選處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了主地形特征線的提取,為劃界線與地形特征線的匹配提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。 3.通過對匹配規(guī)則進(jìn)行研究,確立了匹配過程中地形特征線選取的基本原則;將ArcGIS的成本最優(yōu)路徑分析引入匹配過程,根據(jù)匹配規(guī)則與模型構(gòu)造器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于柵格數(shù)據(jù)的劃界線與地形特征線的匹配模型;構(gòu)建“雙!苯Y(jié)構(gòu)用以輔助匹配過程,在匹配規(guī)則的指導(dǎo)下實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于矢量數(shù)據(jù)的劃界線與地形特征線的匹配。 4.通過編程對地形特征線的提取及匹配技術(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)與應(yīng)用,開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),并使用部分爭議區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)對上述方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證、分析和對比。
[Abstract]:At present, many countries in the world still have the problem of border and territorial disputes. An early solution to this problem is not only conducive to prosperity and stability in the disputed areas, It also plays an inestimable role in safeguarding national sovereignty and national interests. In the process of negotiation and demarcation, territorial issues must be disputed, which requires accurate and reliable demarcation results. In view of the above requirements, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the demarcation theory and the existing system. It is found that the generated demarcation line is less effective than the actual terrain, and the matching process needs to be completed by manual operation. This not only increases the labor intensity of demarcation negotiations, but also prolongs the process of demarcation negotiations. In view of this, the terrain feature line extraction and matching technology for land boundary line generation are studied in this paper. 1. In this paper, the basic concepts, types and basic theories and techniques of boundary demarcation are described, and the significance of the extraction and matching of terrain feature lines is discussed, and the present research situation is analyzed to find out the shortcomings. The main research content and the overall idea of this paper are established. 2. Based on the analysis of some disputed areas with complex geomorphological characteristics, the technical scheme of optimizing the topographic feature line is put forward. On the basis of the research on the principle of extracting terrain feature line by the combination of plane curvature and slope shape, the extraction model is constructed by grid analysis and ArcGIS model constructor, and the basic terrain feature line is extracted. The digital image processing technology is used to process the basic terrain feature line step by step, which solves the problems of breaking, crossing and closing of the terrain feature line. The vector terrain feature line is coded and filtered, and the extraction of the main terrain feature line is realized, which provides data support for the matching between the demarcation line and the terrain feature line. 3. By studying the matching rules, the basic principles of terrain feature line selection in the matching process are established. The cost optimal path analysis of ArcGIS is introduced into the matching process. According to the matching rules and model constructor, the matching model of demarcation line and terrain feature line based on raster data is realized. The "double stack" structure is constructed to assist the matching process. Under the guidance of the matching rules, the matching between the demarcation line and the terrain feature line based on vector data is realized. 4. The extraction and matching techniques of terrain feature lines are realized and applied by programming, and the corresponding experimental system is developed, and the above methods are verified, analyzed and compared by using part of the disputed area data.
