礦用有線地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向隨鉆測量裝置及鉆進技術(shù)

【摘要】:針對當(dāng)前煤礦井下定向鉆進技術(shù)與儀器無法判識地層,且鉆進效率和煤層鉆遇率低等不足,以煤系的自然伽馬為地層識別依據(jù),通過自然伽馬測量技術(shù)、信號有線傳輸技術(shù)和信號解調(diào)技術(shù)等手段,研制了基于自然成功的礦用有線地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向隨鉆測量裝置,并配套開發(fā)了地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向鉆進技術(shù)工藝,該裝置在2個煤礦進行了試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:煤系的自然伽馬可用于評估鉆頭位置的地層信息,結(jié)合鉆孔軌跡參數(shù)測量,控制鉆孔沿著預(yù)定方向在目的地層中延深,降低了分支孔施工數(shù)量,為提高煤層鉆遇率、探明礦區(qū)地層地質(zhì)信息、保障鉆探施工安全及提高鉆探施工效率提供了有效手段。
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of the current directional drilling technology and instrument in coal mine, such as low drilling efficiency and coal seam drilling rate, taking the natural gamma of coal measure as the basis of formation identification, the natural gamma measurement technology is adopted. Based on the technology of signal wired transmission and signal demodulation, a measurement device for mine wired geological guidance while drilling is developed based on natural success, and the technology of geological guided drilling is also developed. The device has been tested in two coal mines. The test results show that the natural gamma ray of coal measures can be used to evaluate the formation information of bit position, combined with the measurement of drilling trajectory parameters, the drilling hole can be controlled to extend deep in the destination layer along the predetermined direction, and the construction number of branch holes can be reduced. It provides an effective means to improve the rate of coal seam drilling, to ascertain the geological information of strata in mining area, to ensure the safety of drilling construction and to improve the efficiency of drilling construction.
