基于GIS的寧夏中部干旱帶土地利用生態(tài)安全動態(tài)評價

【摘要】:土地利用生態(tài)安全評價是區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展關(guān)注的重要內(nèi)容之一。以寧夏中部干旱帶為例,針對研究區(qū)實際生態(tài)問題,基于RS和GIS技術(shù),構(gòu)建"隱患—狀態(tài)—免疫"生態(tài)安全評價指標體系,采用熵權(quán)法與綜合指數(shù)模型,實現(xiàn)了30m×30m柵格水平可視化的土地利用生態(tài)安全綜合評價。結(jié)果表明:2004—2014年,研究區(qū)土地利用變化和區(qū)域政策的實施結(jié)果一致。草地、林地面積急劇擴大,旱地和未利用地面積持續(xù)下降,建設(shè)用地和水域面積變化不大,水澆地面積呈緩慢增加趨勢。結(jié)合已有研究成果與研究區(qū)實際,采用聚類法,將研究區(qū)土地利用安全分為5個等級:生態(tài)安全區(qū)(Ⅰ)、生態(tài)較安全區(qū)(Ⅱ)、生態(tài)臨界安全區(qū)(Ⅲ)、生態(tài)不安全區(qū)(Ⅳ)和生態(tài)極不安全區(qū)(Ⅴ)。研究區(qū)土地利用生態(tài)安全指數(shù)從2004年的-0.12上升為2014年的0.03,整體狀態(tài)呈變好趨勢,但ESI指數(shù)仍小于0.1,處于臨界安全狀態(tài)。具體表現(xiàn)為:Ⅰ級鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)從4個增加為5個、Ⅱ級區(qū)從10個增至11個、Ⅲ級鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)從13個減少為12個、Ⅳ級鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)從5個減少為4個、Ⅴ級鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)從8個減少為7個,針對評價結(jié)果分析其動態(tài)演變機制。通過對寧夏中部干旱帶土地利用生態(tài)安全動態(tài)評價,以期為寧夏境內(nèi)生態(tài)移民區(qū)選址和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

Taking the arid zone of central Ningxia as an example, aiming at the actual ecological problems in the study area, based on RS and GIS technology, the ecological security evaluation index system of "hidden trouble, state immunity" was constructed, and the entropy weight method and the comprehensive index model were adopted. A 30 m 脳 30 m grid level visualization comprehensive evaluation of land use ecological security was realized.
