【摘要】：GIS（地理信息系統(tǒng)）作為通信企業(yè)的后端運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐系統(tǒng)，有利于電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商提高對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的管理水平、降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和拓展新業(yè)務(wù)。本設(shè)計(jì)以新疆移動(dòng)的統(tǒng)一GIS公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ)，，基于Dojo框架，研究和開(kāi)發(fā)了GIS平臺(tái)與業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)之間的接口（API），使得各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)不再需要建立各自不同的獨(dú)立GIS平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于統(tǒng)一的GIS公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)，對(duì)底層資源的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)管和分析處理。底層數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的資源分為公共資源和專業(yè)資源，統(tǒng)一GIS公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)為新疆移動(dòng)各部門(mén)提供公共資源，各業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)通過(guò)調(diào)用相關(guān)接口呈現(xiàn)其所需的專業(yè)資源。 本論文主要研究了新疆移動(dòng)的動(dòng)力環(huán)境監(jiān)控平臺(tái)的接口設(shè)計(jì)。具體設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了聚類和非聚類顯示、聚類局站信息的顯示、告警局站信息的顯示、添加告警、告警級(jí)別的分類、不同圖形區(qū)域中局站數(shù)目的統(tǒng)計(jì)等功能。 本文的內(nèi)容安排是：首先根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求以及現(xiàn)有的軟硬件資源，確定了接口的技術(shù)路線；然后在給出總體設(shè)計(jì)和功能分析后，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)接口的Dojo等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究；隨后詳細(xì)給出了動(dòng)環(huán)部門(mén)平臺(tái)接口中的四個(gè)Dojo基礎(chǔ)類，并做了詳細(xì)講解；最后通過(guò)測(cè)試用例進(jìn)一步論證了動(dòng)環(huán)系統(tǒng)接口Dojo類的可用性和穩(wěn)定性，證明了接口的告警等基本功能已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)，預(yù)期目標(biāo)也基本達(dá)到。
[Abstract]:GIS (Geographic Information system), as the back-end operation support system of communication enterprises, is helpful for telecom operators to improve the management level of network resources, reduce operating costs and expand new business. This design is based on the unified GIS public service platform of Xinjiang Mobile. Based on the Dojo framework, the interface (API), between the GIS platform and the business platform is researched and developed, which makes each business platform no longer need to establish their own independent GIS platform. A unified GIS public service platform is implemented to monitor and analyze the state of the underlying resources. The resources in the underlying database are divided into public resources and professional resources. The unified GIS public service platform provides public resources for all departments of Xinjiang Mobile. Each business platform presents the required professional resources by calling related interfaces. This paper mainly studies the interface design of dynamic environment monitoring platform of Xinjiang Mobile. The functions of clustering and non-clustering display, the display of cluster station information, the display of alarm station information, the addition of alarm, the classification of alarm level, and the statistics of the number of stations in different graphic regions are designed and realized. The contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, according to the requirement of the system and the existing software and hardware resources, the technical route of the interface is determined, and then, after giving the overall design and function analysis, the key technologies such as Dojo to realize the interface are studied. Then it gives four basic classes of Dojo in the platform interface of moving-ring department in detail, and explains them in detail. Finally, the usability and stability of the Dojo class of the moving-ring system interface are further demonstrated by the test cases, and the basic functions of the interface such as alarm have been realized, and the expected target has been basically achieved.
