【摘要】：正自20世紀(jì)90年代初以來(lái),GPS空間大地測(cè)量學(xué)的迅速發(fā)展和全面應(yīng)用,為全球范圍各種規(guī)模尺度的地殼運(yùn)動(dòng)和構(gòu)造形變觀測(cè)提供了革命性的手段,使高精度、大范圍、全天候、低成本的大地測(cè)量變成了現(xiàn)實(shí)。為及時(shí)把握GPS空間對(duì)地觀測(cè)技術(shù)為防震減災(zāi)應(yīng)用帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,我國(guó)先后于1997~2000年和2007~2012年實(shí)施了國(guó)家重大科學(xué)工程"中國(guó)地殼運(yùn)動(dòng)觀測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)"和"中國(guó)大陸構(gòu)造環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)",在中國(guó)大陸及周邊建立了由260個(gè)連續(xù)GPS觀測(cè)站和2 056個(gè)非連續(xù)GPS觀測(cè)站構(gòu)成的高精度、高密度觀測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò),為精細(xì)而定量地研究
