基于插件技術(shù)的國土電子政務審批數(shù)據(jù)共享的實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:國土資源是一種不可再生的資源,其是國脈所系、民生所依。隨著國土資源信息化工作的不斷深入,國土電子政務系統(tǒng)和GIS結(jié)合應用成為國土資源信息化建設中的一個重要部分,系統(tǒng)需要最新的地理空間數(shù)據(jù),這是不爭的事實,,如何在辦公中隨時最新的業(yè)務信息,這是個重點也是難點,這就需要非常具體地研究地理空間數(shù)據(jù)如何能及時的得到更新,以及如何將這些數(shù)據(jù)集成共享。因此,對新疆國土電子政務審批數(shù)據(jù)與共享的應用研究非常具有現(xiàn)實意義。 根據(jù)研究內(nèi)容,本文共分為七個章節(jié): 第一章緒論,介紹了本研究的背景及目的,并詳細闡述了目前的國內(nèi)外對數(shù)據(jù)集成共享的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后簡要介紹了研究內(nèi)容和技術(shù)路線。 第二章關鍵技術(shù),介紹了新疆國土電子政務審批數(shù)據(jù)共享中間件系統(tǒng)所用到的關鍵技術(shù)。通過與傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進行比較,詳細闡述了主動數(shù)據(jù)庫的體系架構(gòu)、特點和優(yōu)勢;針對本中間件系統(tǒng)的特點,對空間數(shù)據(jù)引擎ArcSDE的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)組織模型以及存儲類型進行了詳細的說明;最后介紹了中間件系統(tǒng)用到的插件技術(shù)。 第三章國土電子政務數(shù)據(jù)庫現(xiàn)狀分析。以建設用地為例,詳細說明了存儲建設用地數(shù)據(jù)的九張表,每張表存儲內(nèi)容,并給出了關聯(lián)這些表的詳細的視圖代碼。 第四章國土電子政務審批數(shù)據(jù)共享中間件的設計與實現(xiàn)。首先從整體上介紹了中間件系統(tǒng)的體系架構(gòu),開發(fā)平臺,網(wǎng)絡拓撲結(jié)構(gòu);然后從流程上詳細的介紹了中間件的運行流程,并實現(xiàn)這些流程的關鍵功能的實現(xiàn);最后對中間件的配置界面,以及界面當中每一個按鈕的功能如何實現(xiàn)進行了細致的解說。 第五章系統(tǒng)的展示,從界面上對整個中間件的操作進行展示說明,分為數(shù)據(jù)庫配置、數(shù)據(jù)關聯(lián)鏡像和服務三部分內(nèi)容。 第六章系統(tǒng)實驗與分析,利用國土電子政務數(shù)據(jù)庫現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù),模擬對系統(tǒng)的性能進行了實驗和分析,結(jié)果表明,數(shù)據(jù)庫的數(shù)據(jù)量是影響系統(tǒng)反應快慢的關鍵因素,系統(tǒng)更新數(shù)據(jù)的效率與數(shù)據(jù)量成反比。 第七章總結(jié)與展望 ,對全文講述到的技術(shù)和分章節(jié)講述的內(nèi)容進行了概括和總結(jié),最后提出了本系統(tǒng)還存在的一些問題,并對國土審批數(shù)據(jù)共享中間件系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展進行了展望。 在全球信息化浪潮的推動下,基于插件技術(shù)的國土電子政務審批數(shù)據(jù)共享中間件的建設不僅為管理人員在國土資源的靜態(tài)管理和動態(tài)監(jiān)測的過程中提供了科學的技術(shù)手段,同時能夠輔助國土資源各部門為公關層面的協(xié)同辦公提供多要素、多層次、多時態(tài)的基本土地資源信息。相信這些工作和成果將會對國土資源管理和開發(fā)利用等各環(huán)節(jié)的全程監(jiān)管和動態(tài)跟蹤做出巨大的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Land resources is a kind of non-renewable resources, it is a national system, people's livelihood depends on. With the deepening of land and resources informatization, the combination of land electronic government system and GIS has become an important part of land and resources information construction, and the system needs the latest geospatial data, which is an indisputable fact. How to update the business information at any time in the office is an important and difficult point, which requires a very specific study of how geospatial data can be updated in time, and how to integrate and share these data. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the application of data and sharing of land e-government approval in Xinjiang. According to the research content, this paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is introduction, introduced the background and purpose of this study, and elaborated the current domestic and foreign research status of data integration and sharing. Finally, the research content and technical route are briefly introduced. The second chapter introduces the key technologies used in Xinjiang land electronic government approval data sharing middleware system. By comparing with traditional database, the architecture, characteristics and advantages of active database are expounded in detail, and the architecture of spatial data engine ArcSDE is analyzed according to the characteristics of this middleware system. The data organization model and storage type are described in detail. Finally, the plug-in technology used in the middleware system is introduced. The third chapter analyzes the present situation of land e-government database. Taking the land for construction as an example, nine tables for storing the data of construction land are described in detail. The contents of each table are stored, and the detailed view codes associated with these tables are given. The fourth chapter is the design and implementation of data sharing middleware for land e-government approval. Firstly, the architecture, development platform and network topology of middleware system are introduced, then the running flow of middleware is introduced in detail, and the key functions of these processes are realized. Finally, the configuration interface of middleware and how to realize the function of each button in the interface are explained in detail. The fifth chapter shows the whole middleware from the interface, which is divided into three parts: database configuration, data association mirror and service. The sixth chapter of the system experiment and analysis, the use of land electronic government database existing data, simulation of the performance of the system experiments and analysis, the results show that the database data is the key factor affecting the system response speed. The efficiency of updating data is inversely proportional to the amount of data. The seventh chapter summarizes and looks forward to the full text of the technology and the content of the sub-chapters are summarized and summarized, and finally put forward some problems in this system. The development of land approval data sharing middleware system is prospected. Driven by the global information tide, the construction of data-sharing middleware for land electronic government approval based on plug-in technology not only provides a scientific technical means for managers in the process of static management and dynamic monitoring of land resources. At the same time, it can assist various departments of land and resources to provide multi-element, multi-level and multi-temporal basic land resources information for public relations cooperation. It is believed that these works and achievements will make a great contribution to the whole process supervision and dynamic tracking of land and resources management and exploitation and utilization.
