【摘要】：國土規(guī)劃是空間規(guī)劃體系中層級最高的規(guī)劃,是國土資源開發(fā)利用與整治保護相關規(guī)劃編制的重要基礎。要做好相關規(guī)劃,需要對規(guī)劃區(qū)內(nèi)自然、經(jīng)濟、社會等數(shù)據(jù)集進行靈活有效的利用和組合。針對國土規(guī)劃編制中對多源異構(gòu)空間、非空間數(shù)據(jù)集成和抽取特定數(shù)據(jù)的迫切需求,提出了一種基于虛擬數(shù)據(jù)庫的國土規(guī)劃多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)集成方法,利用虛擬數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)分布式數(shù)據(jù)源的虛擬組織與透明訪問,用GML實現(xiàn)多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)格式的標準化,并開發(fā)了國土規(guī)劃信息共享原型系統(tǒng),在此基礎上進行了實踐使用。從現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)庫中抽取相應的數(shù)據(jù)集和數(shù)據(jù)項,構(gòu)建全局虛擬數(shù)據(jù)庫,由于虛擬數(shù)據(jù)庫并不改變現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)庫的應用系統(tǒng)工作模式,保證了原始數(shù)據(jù)更新的有效性,以及數(shù)據(jù)的完整性。
[Abstract]:Land planning is the highest level planning in the spatial planning system, and it is an important foundation for the development and utilization of land and resources and the compilation of relevant planning for regulation and protection. In order to make good planning, it is necessary to make flexible and effective use and combination of natural, economic, social and other data sets in the planning area. In order to meet the urgent need of multi-source heterogeneous space, non-spatial data integration and data extraction in land planning, a method of land planning multi-source heterogeneous data integration based on virtual database is proposed. The virtual organization and transparent access of distributed data source are realized by using virtual database, the standardization of multi-source and heterogeneous data format is realized by GML, and a prototype system of land planning information sharing is developed, which is used in practice. The corresponding data sets and data items are extracted from the existing database, and the global virtual database is constructed. Because the virtual database does not change the working mode of the existing database application system, it ensures the validity of the original data updating. And the integrity of the data.
