圖像壓縮對影像質(zhì)量影響評價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:隨著航空航天遙感技術(shù)的發(fā)展,遙感衛(wèi)星的影像數(shù)據(jù)量日益龐大,受限于星上存儲(chǔ)能力與衛(wèi)星下行鏈接的帶寬的限制,必須采用高效的數(shù)據(jù)壓縮技術(shù)來降低數(shù)據(jù)量。經(jīng)過壓縮的影像質(zhì)量必然下降,它直接關(guān)系到遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用能力與應(yīng)用范圍,因此對壓縮影像進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價(jià)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文圍繞構(gòu)像質(zhì)量、幾何質(zhì)量兩方面對壓縮的遙感影像展開質(zhì)量評價(jià),,并利用航空航天影像等多種數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1)介紹了遙感衛(wèi)星的發(fā)展歷程及典型的高分辨率遙感衛(wèi)星;簡述了影像壓縮技術(shù)的發(fā)展與典型的壓縮算法;介紹了對壓縮影像進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評價(jià)的意義、評價(jià)內(nèi)容及其研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 2)在構(gòu)像質(zhì)量評價(jià)方面,介紹了主觀質(zhì)量評價(jià)方法和影像特征分析、影像對比分析和影像應(yīng)用分析的客觀構(gòu)像質(zhì)量評價(jià)方法;介紹了基于結(jié)構(gòu)相似度的構(gòu)像質(zhì)量評價(jià)模型。在幾何質(zhì)量評價(jià)中,介紹了基于DSM精度評價(jià)和基于影像匹配精度評價(jià)的兩種方法。 3)利用不同類型的航空航天遙感影像數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了構(gòu)像質(zhì)量和幾何質(zhì)量評價(jià)試驗(yàn);通過試驗(yàn),分析了不同壓縮算法、不同壓縮倍率對壓縮影像構(gòu)像質(zhì)量與幾何質(zhì)量的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of aerospace remote sensing technology, the amount of remote sensing satellite image data is increasing, which is limited by the limitation of on-board storage capacity and the bandwidth of satellite downlink, so efficient data compression technology must be used to reduce the amount of data. The quality of compressed image is bound to decline, which is directly related to the ability and scope of application of remote sensing image data. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to evaluate the quality of compressed image. In this paper, the quality evaluation of compressed remote sensing images is carried out in terms of conformation quality and geometric quality, and the experiments are carried out using a variety of data, such as aerospace images, etc. The main research contents are as follows: 1) the development of remote sensing satellite and typical high-resolution remote sensing satellite are introduced, and the development of image compression technology and typical compression algorithm are briefly described. This paper introduces the significance, content and development of the quality evaluation of compressed image. 2) in the aspect of conformation quality evaluation, the subjective quality evaluation method and image feature analysis are introduced. The objective conformation quality evaluation method based on image contrast analysis and image application analysis is introduced, and the conformational quality evaluation model based on structural similarity is introduced. In geometric quality evaluation, two methods based on DSM accuracy evaluation and image matching accuracy evaluation are introduced. 3) Conformational and geometric quality evaluation experiments are carried out using different types of aerial and aerospace remote sensing image data. The effects of different compression algorithms and different compression rates on the conformation and geometric quality of compressed images are analyzed through experiments.
