膠東半島海水入侵風險評價系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:膠東半島由于其獨特的地理位置,海水入侵風險給當地居民帶來的災害最為嚴重。國內外專家學者就海水入侵分析做出了深入的研究,包括利用計算機技術、地理信息系統(tǒng)技術、網絡技術、三維可視化技術等來精確地模擬入侵過程。海水淹沒出現后必然會造成損失,,在這種情況下利用非工程手段進行減災備受重視,因此進行海水入侵風險評價系統(tǒng)的研究具有重要的理論意義和現實價值。本文從建立三維可視化海水入侵分析、評價功能結構與模型進行研究設計,運用了地理信息系統(tǒng)技術、計算機編程技術、三維可視化建模技術、數據庫構建技術進行整合運用,開發(fā)了實現海水入侵分析與災情風險評價信息為一體的信息化系統(tǒng),從而為膠東半島地區(qū)防洪減災部門提供及時、準確、科學的風險評價信息,為當地的防洪減災工作提供支持。 研究就海水淹沒理論,分有源淹沒與無源淹沒兩種算法進行海水入侵模擬。在WebGIS的基礎上,采用Skyline開發(fā)平臺構建三維地形模型、ArcGISAPI forJavascript和ArcGIS Server Rest實現地圖的可視化,構建基于WebGIS的海水入侵三維可視化的風險評價系統(tǒng),既實現了海水淹沒的模擬,又達到了三維可視化的效果。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和使用證明了WebGIS技術與三維可視化技術相結合,能夠實現海水入侵過程、入侵的網絡三維可視化和相關的淹沒分析、風險評價。研究成果對膠東半島地區(qū)藍色經濟發(fā)展防滑減災提供科學依據和技術支持,有著重要的理論意義。
[Abstract]:Because of its unique geographical location, the risk of seawater invasion is the most serious disaster to local residents. Experts and scholars at home and abroad have made in-depth research on seawater intrusion analysis, including the use of computer technology, geographic information system technology, network technology, three-dimensional visualization technology to accurately simulate the invasion process. Sea water inundation is bound to cause losses. In this case, the use of non-engineering means for disaster reduction has attracted much attention. Therefore, the study of seawater intrusion risk assessment system has important theoretical significance and practical value. In this paper, 3D visualization seawater intrusion analysis, evaluation function structure and model are studied and designed, GIS technology, computer programming technology, 3D visual modeling technology, database construction technology are integrated and applied. In order to provide timely, accurate and scientific risk assessment information for flood control and disaster reduction departments in Jiaodong Peninsula, an information system is developed to realize the integration of seawater intrusion analysis and disaster risk assessment information. To provide support for local flood control and disaster reduction. Based on the theory of seawater inundation, the seawater intrusion simulation is carried out by two algorithms, active submergence and passive submergence. On the basis of WebGIS, the 3D terrain model ArcGISAPI forJavascript and ArcGIS Server Rest are built on the Skyline development platform to realize the visualization of the map, and the risk evaluation system of 3D visualization of seawater intrusion based on WebGIS is constructed, which realizes the simulation of seawater inundation. It also achieves the effect of three-dimensional visualization. The development and application of this system has proved that the combination of WebGIS technology and 3D visualization technology can realize the process of seawater intrusion, the network 3D visualization of intrusion, the related submergence analysis, and the risk evaluation. The research results provide scientific basis and technical support for the development of blue economy in Jiaodong Peninsula, and have important theoretical significance.
