地理信息系統(tǒng)在重金屬污染研究中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:地理信息系統(tǒng)(geographic information systems,GIS)已成為公共衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域中的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新和重要的研究方法,是一個(gè)集采集、存取、傳輸、檢索、分析和展示空間數(shù)據(jù)(或信息)于一體的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)。由于GIS的實(shí)用性和靈活性,由GIS生成的動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)可以管理來自不同數(shù)據(jù)源的信息,分析環(huán)境相關(guān)疾病的時(shí)間、空間相關(guān)性。GIS也被越來越多地用于監(jiān)視、分析和模擬重金屬在環(huán)境中的遷移和對(duì)人群健康的影響。本文綜述GIS在重金屬污染及其健康影響的監(jiān)測(cè)和分析中的一些成功案例,對(duì)GIS在重金屬污染源的探索、重金屬污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估、重金屬致癌效應(yīng)和非致癌效應(yīng)的研究等方面的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,以期為GIS在重金屬污染研究中被更廣泛地應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Geographic Information Systems (GIS) has become an innovative and important research method in the field of public health. It is a computer system that integrates collection, access, transmission, retrieval, analysis and display of spatial data (or information). Because of the practicability and flexibility of GIS, the dynamic database generated by GIS can be used. GIS is also increasingly used to monitor, analyze and simulate the migration of heavy metals in the environment and their impact on human health. This paper reviews some successful cases of monitoring and analysis of heavy metal pollution and its health impacts in GIS. The application of S in the exploration of heavy metal pollution sources, the assessment of heavy metal pollution risks, the study of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic effects of heavy metals are reviewed in order to provide a basis for the wider application of GIS in the study of heavy metal pollution.
