陸地定量遙感產(chǎn)品的真實(shí)性檢驗(yàn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證
[Abstract]:The authenticity test of remote sensing products is the only means to evaluate the quality, reliability and applicability of remote sensing products. It is the main basis for improving the precision of remote sensing products and improving the quality of remote sensing products. It is also an important guarantee to promote the application range and application level of remote sensing products. This paper mainly introduces the key technology and test verification of the project of "Satellite, Air-Earth Integrated quantitative remote Sensing system and Application demonstration (Phase I)" in the field of Earth observation and navigation technology of the National High Technology Research and Development Program. "the main progress made in this regard: the development of a series of national standards, It includes the general methods of authenticity testing of land quantitative remote sensing products, the selection and setting specifications of the ground observation fields of remote sensing products authenticity inspection, and the single national standards of 24 remote sensing products authenticity testing. A complete technical flow system of authenticity verification of remote sensing products is established, and the key technical methods of spatial optimization sampling, scale push-test strategy are developed and perfected. The multi-scale matching observation data set is obtained through the satellite plane-ground synchronous test, and the authenticity test standard and technical system of remote sensing products are systematically demonstrated, and the remote sensing product authenticity verification network is constructed to carry out the multi-model networked observation practice of the core observation field. The prototype system and operation mechanism of the national authenticity inspection network were formed preliminarily, which laid a solid foundation for the operation of the authenticity testing of remote sensing products in China.
