面向景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的室內(nèi)外一體化定位及位置服務(wù)方法研究

【摘要】:智能導(dǎo)游是基于游客位置的路徑引導(dǎo)、游覽講解的綜合性服務(wù),與地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)、移動(dòng)定位技術(shù)、基于位置的服務(wù)(LBS)等之間有著密切的聯(lián)系。隨著我國(guó)旅游市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展和旅游信息化建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),強(qiáng)調(diào)信息化、定量化的數(shù)字旅游、數(shù)字景區(qū)逐步向強(qiáng)調(diào)人性化、智能化服務(wù)的智慧旅游、智慧景區(qū)建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)化。我國(guó)傳感網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展同樣加快了這一領(lǐng)域的建設(shè)。但是基于傳統(tǒng)室外定位(如GPS)為主的車載定位導(dǎo)航難以滿足同時(shí)具有室外景點(diǎn)與室內(nèi)展區(qū)、展品的景區(qū)導(dǎo)游服務(wù),因而室內(nèi)外一體化定位、導(dǎo)航技術(shù)及其在智能導(dǎo)游領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用亟待研究。本文旨在將室內(nèi)外定位技術(shù)、方法引入到景區(qū)導(dǎo)游服務(wù)系統(tǒng)中,從游客時(shí)空位置獲取、行為分析的角度探討景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的室內(nèi)外一體化定位及其位置服務(wù)技術(shù)與方法,研究如何構(gòu)建以GPS、藍(lán)牙和超寬帶(Ultra-Wide Band, UWB)定位為基礎(chǔ)、可同時(shí)滿足游客室外和室內(nèi)一體化路徑引導(dǎo)和信息講解需求的景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游服務(wù)方法。基于位置服務(wù)及導(dǎo)游學(xué)相關(guān)理論知識(shí),研究景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的服務(wù)模式、服務(wù)構(gòu)成及特點(diǎn),提出景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的體系架構(gòu),探討景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游過程中的室內(nèi)外定位、室內(nèi)外游覽路徑規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)和室內(nèi)外景點(diǎn)信息講解等方法和技術(shù)問題,并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)原型系統(tǒng)對(duì)上述問題進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行應(yīng)用示范。論文的研究有助于推動(dòng)移動(dòng)GIS在旅游行業(yè)應(yīng)用中的理論和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,為旅游服務(wù)特別是導(dǎo)游服務(wù)的定位、引導(dǎo)和講解提供一種全新的技術(shù)支撐,同時(shí)也為拓展景區(qū)導(dǎo)游服務(wù)模式及方法體系提供新的思路。 總結(jié)起來,本文在如下幾個(gè)方面開展了研究: (1)對(duì)智能導(dǎo)游與位置服務(wù)的內(nèi)蘊(yùn)聯(lián)系進(jìn)行分析,按智能導(dǎo)游獲取服務(wù)方式的不同,將景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游劃分為離線服務(wù)、無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)和混合服務(wù)三種不同的導(dǎo)游服務(wù)模式。分析智能導(dǎo)游服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)構(gòu)成及特點(diǎn),從更加注重服務(wù)游客的整體游覽體驗(yàn)-室內(nèi)外無縫游覽、室內(nèi)外游覽路徑引導(dǎo)和室內(nèi)外實(shí)時(shí)信息播報(bào)等方面出發(fā),提出整合室內(nèi)外定位、游覽路徑引導(dǎo)服務(wù)、系統(tǒng)講解服務(wù)以及其它景區(qū)生活設(shè)施查詢服務(wù)的景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游體系架構(gòu)。闡述景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的服務(wù)內(nèi)容,并指出其中的室內(nèi)外定位是基礎(chǔ),而游覽路徑規(guī)劃和景點(diǎn)信息講解是景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游服務(wù)中最為重要和關(guān)鍵的組成部分。最后從與現(xiàn)有景區(qū)信息化平臺(tái)集成方面討論景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的建設(shè)思路。 (2)在調(diào)研室內(nèi)外定位技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析各種定位方法的定位精度、適用范圍和定位可集成性等性能參數(shù),根據(jù)景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)中室內(nèi)外定位的具體需求,研究基于GPS、藍(lán)牙和UWB的室內(nèi)外組合定位方法。本文系統(tǒng)的梳理上述定位的特點(diǎn),并對(duì)景區(qū)室內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)的空間基準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一。在此基礎(chǔ)之上探討影響室內(nèi)外定位切換的三大因素,即建筑物因素、定位設(shè)備因素以及人的行為狀態(tài)因素。提出基于游客行為與空間狀態(tài)的室內(nèi)外組合定位模式,通過探測(cè)游客的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)實(shí)現(xiàn)定位切換算法,構(gòu)建基于GPS與UWB的室內(nèi)外組合定位平臺(tái)。 (3)依托景區(qū)道路網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)模型,在A*算法等經(jīng)典最優(yōu)路徑算法的支持下,提出基于景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的聯(lián)合分段游覽路徑規(guī)劃思想(簡(jiǎn)稱聯(lián)合分段路徑規(guī)劃),通過將景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的游覽路徑劃分為由室外路段與室內(nèi)路段交替銜接的組合體,室外路段自起始點(diǎn)開始至室內(nèi)景點(diǎn)入口為止,室內(nèi)路段自室內(nèi)景點(diǎn)入口至出口點(diǎn)為止,在聯(lián)合分段游覽路徑規(guī)劃主算法、景區(qū)游覽道路搜索子算法和聯(lián)合分段游覽路徑規(guī)劃子算法的支持下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游的室內(nèi)外游覽路徑規(guī)劃。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在室內(nèi)采用順序游覽和隨機(jī)游覽時(shí),聯(lián)合分段游覽路徑規(guī)劃的結(jié)果是合理的,該方法具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的可用性。 (4)基于空間對(duì)象的位置信息描述參數(shù)和空間關(guān)系計(jì)算模型,在位置語義描述句法規(guī)則的支持下,實(shí)現(xiàn)以游客自身作為參照物的空間對(duì)象位置信息動(dòng)態(tài)描述。依托于室內(nèi)外定位技術(shù)獲取的游客實(shí)時(shí)位置信息,提出一種基于室內(nèi)外景點(diǎn)播報(bào)區(qū)域的實(shí)時(shí)景點(diǎn)信息播報(bào)方法,將游客的實(shí)時(shí)位置與播報(bào)區(qū)域之間的空間關(guān)系作為景點(diǎn)講解的觸發(fā)條件,并對(duì)不同類型的景區(qū)目標(biāo)采用不同的播報(bào)區(qū)域劃分方法;指出游客在景區(qū)游覽過程中存在的三種游覽方式及其之間的轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)游客偏離游覽線路時(shí)的處理方法;針對(duì)導(dǎo)游過程中路口播報(bào)與景點(diǎn)講解相沖突的問題,提出一種適時(shí)延后或提前播報(bào)路口轉(zhuǎn)向信息的處理方法,該方法具有算法復(fù)雜度低,可操作性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。 (5)對(duì)上述智能導(dǎo)游服務(wù)相關(guān)理論、一體化定位平臺(tái)、室內(nèi)外游覽路徑規(guī)劃模型及景點(diǎn)信息實(shí)時(shí)播報(bào)方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),基于嵌入式移動(dòng)智能終端平臺(tái),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了尚湖景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。對(duì)論文中提出的相關(guān)體系架構(gòu)和服務(wù)模型、方法進(jìn)行有效性驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明,基于室內(nèi)外一體化定位及其位置服務(wù)的景區(qū)智能導(dǎo)游具有景點(diǎn)講解自然流暢、路口播報(bào)及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確、偏離線路提醒和處理恰當(dāng)?shù)忍攸c(diǎn),能夠滿足游客在景區(qū)范圍內(nèi)的各種導(dǎo)游服務(wù)需求,可以在景區(qū)大批量投入使用,同時(shí)也可以推廣到其它相關(guān)景區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The intelligent tour guide is based on the route guidance of the tourist location, the comprehensive service of the tour explanation, and the close connection with the geographic information system (GIS), the mobile positioning technology and the location based service (LBS). With the rapid development of the tourism market and the continuous promotion of the construction of tourism information, the information and quantitative digital brigade are emphasized. With the rapid development of our country's sensing network and the rapid development of the Internet of things technology, the rapid development of China's sensing network and the Internet of things technology has also accelerated the construction of this field. However, the vehicle positioning and navigation based on the traditional outdoor positioning (such as GPS) is difficult to meet the outdoor scenic spots and indoor exhibition areas at the same time. In this paper, the interior and exterior positioning technology and its application in the field of intelligent tour guide are urgently studied. This paper aims to introduce the indoor and outdoor positioning technology and method into the tourist guide service system, and discuss the indoor and outdoor integration of the intelligent tour guide from the perspective of the tourist location and behavior analysis. The technology and method of location and location service are used to study how to build an intelligent tour guide service method based on GPS, Bluetooth and Ultra-Wide Band (UWB), which can simultaneously meet the tourists' outdoor and indoor integration path guidance and information explanation requirements. Based on the theory of position service and tour guide, the intelligence of scenic spots is studied. The service mode, the service composition and the characteristics of the tour guide, put forward the architecture of the intelligent tour guide in the scenic area, explore the indoor and outdoor positioning of the intelligent tour guide in the scenic spot, the guidance of the indoor and outdoor tour route planning and the information explanation of the indoor and outdoor scenic spots and so on, and build the corresponding prototype system to verify the above problems. The research of this paper will help to promote the theory and technology innovation of mobile GIS in the tourism industry, provide a new technical support for tourism service, especially guide service orientation, guide and explanation, and also provide new ideas for developing tourist guide service mode and square law system.
To sum up, the following studies have been carried out in this paper.
(1) to analyze the inner link of intelligent tour guide and position service, according to the difference of the way of obtaining the service of intelligent tour guide, the intelligent tour guide is divided into offline service, wireless network service and mixed service three different guide service modes. The structure and characteristics of the intelligent tour guide service are analyzed, and the overall attention is paid to the overall service of the tourists. Tour experience - indoor and outdoor sightseeing, indoor and outdoor tour guide and indoor and outdoor real-time information broadcast, and so on, put forward the integration of indoor and outdoor positioning, tour route guidance service, system explanation service and other scenic spot inquiry service of scenic area intelligent tour guide system architecture. It is pointed out that the indoor and outdoor positioning is the basis, and the tour route planning and the information explanation of scenic spots are the most important and key components in the intelligent tour guide service of the scenic area. Finally, the construction ideas of the intelligent tour guide in the scenic area are discussed from the integration of the existing scenic area information platform.
(2) on the basis of the investigation of indoor and outdoor positioning technology, this paper analyzes the positioning accuracy of various positioning methods, the scope of application and the integration of positioning and other performance parameters. According to the specific requirements of indoor and outdoor positioning in the intelligent tourist guide system in scenic spots, this paper studies the indoor and outdoor combination positioning method based on GPS, Bluetooth and UWB. This paper systematically combs the above positioning The spatial datum of the indoor and outdoor data in the scenic area is unified. On this basis, the three factors affecting the indoor and outdoor location switching are discussed, namely, the building factors, the positioning equipment factors and the human behavior status factors. The indoor and outdoor combination positioning mode based on the tourist behavior and the space state is put forward to detect the tourists' movement form. In order to realize the location and handover algorithm, an indoor and outdoor integrated positioning platform based on GPS and UWB is built.
(3) relying on the data model of scenic road network and under the support of the classical optimal path algorithm such as A* algorithm, this paper proposes a joint segmented tour route planning idea based on Intelligent tourist guides in scenic spots (referred to as joint segmented path planning), and divides the tour path of intelligent tour guides in the scenic area into a combination of outdoor sections and indoor sections alternately. Under the support of the main algorithm of the joint section tour route planning, the road search subalgorithm and the joint subsection route planning sub algorithm, the indoor and outdoor tour route planning of the scenic tourist tourist guide is realized. The results show that the results of the combined segmented tour path planning are reasonable in the indoor use of sequential tour and random tour, and this method has practical usability.
(4) based on the spatial object location information description parameter and the spatial relation calculation model, under the support of the position semantic description syntax rule, it realizes the dynamic description of the spatial object location information with the tourist itself as the reference. Based on the indoor location technology, a kind of indoor location based on the indoor location information is proposed. The information broadcast method of real time scenic spots is reported in the area. The spatial relationship between the real time position of tourists and the broadcast area is used as the triggering condition for the explanation of the scenic spots, and the different broadcasting area division methods are adopted for different types of scenic spots, and the three ways of sightseeing and the transition between the tourist in the scenic spots are pointed out. In order to realize the handling method when tourists deviate from the tour routes, in view of the conflict between the broadcast of the intersection and the explanation of the scenic spots in the course of the tour guide, a method to deal with the turning information at the right time or in advance is proposed. This method has the characteristics of low complexity and strong operability.
(5) on the above intelligent tour guide service theory, integrated positioning platform, indoor and outdoor tour route planning model and scenic spot information real-time broadcasting method, based on embedded mobile intelligent terminal platform, the intelligent tour guide service system in Lake scenic area is designed and implemented. The related system architecture and service model proposed in this paper are put forward. The results show that the intelligent tour guide based on the indoor and outdoor integration positioning and location service has the characteristics of natural fluency, timely and accurate interpretation of the intersections, deviation from the line reminding and proper handling, and can meet the tourist needs of various tourist guides in the scenic area, and can be in large quantities in the scenic spots. Put into use, but also can be extended to other related scenic spots.
