【摘要】：電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃中傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集、評審方式一直存在耗時多、實時性差、流程繁瑣的問題,移動GIS的應(yīng)用解決了數(shù)據(jù)采集、評審方式上的難題,更高效地利用了移動GIS終端采集的數(shù)據(jù),解決了移動GIS推廣應(yīng)用以來亟待解決的問題。本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了基于移動GIS數(shù)據(jù)的存儲、傳輸、審核等功能,將大大提高移動終端采集數(shù)據(jù)的使用效率,降低數(shù)據(jù)采集成本。
[Abstract]:In the traditional data acquisition in power network planning, there are many problems, such as time consuming, poor real-time performance and cumbersome flow. The application of mobile GIS solves the problem of data acquisition and evaluation. The data collected by mobile GIS terminal are used more efficiently, and the problems that need to be solved are solved. The system realizes the functions of data storage, transmission and audit based on mobile GIS, which will greatly improve the efficiency of mobile terminal data collection and reduce the cost of data acquisition.
