基于GIS的成都電業(yè)局客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電力客戶服務(wù)是供電企業(yè)聯(lián)結(jié)用戶的紐帶,在整個(gè)供電企業(yè)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。電力系統(tǒng)電氣接線復(fù)雜,動(dòng)態(tài)變化頻繁,線路和客戶分布廣,如何更好地為客戶服務(wù)是電力企業(yè)的一個(gè)重要課題。借助地理信息系統(tǒng)的空間數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),可以形象地反映客戶和電氣設(shè)備的地理位置,將電網(wǎng)和客戶的信息與反映地理位置的圖形信息結(jié)合在一起,能夠很好的提高電力客戶服務(wù)的反映速度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 本文從實(shí)際應(yīng)用出發(fā),將供電企業(yè)的多種客戶服務(wù)項(xiàng)目與地理圖形信息進(jìn)行有機(jī)結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了客戶和設(shè)備信息的便捷管理,提高了客戶查詢的速度和準(zhǔn)確度,并且提供給客戶服務(wù)人員詳細(xì)的地圖信息支持,便于查找,提升了客戶的服務(wù)水平和質(zhì)量。將地理圖形信息與業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝結(jié)合起來,設(shè)計(jì)了業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝輔助決策模塊,由計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)根據(jù)客戶的供電需求為客戶提供供電解決方案,提高了方案決策的快速性和準(zhǔn)確度,同時(shí)客服人員能夠在地圖上直觀清晰地看到供電路徑,縮短了客服時(shí)間,提高了客服效率,并且該模塊還實(shí)現(xiàn)了操作票、工作票管理,提高了供電實(shí)施的安全性和準(zhǔn)確度。系統(tǒng)將地理圖形信息和電費(fèi)管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)合起來,建立真實(shí)電網(wǎng)拓?fù)溥B接圖,實(shí)現(xiàn)供電部門對(duì)電力線路運(yùn)行的監(jiān)視以及停電的管理,同時(shí)輔助停電方案的生成,能夠幫助確定最佳的搶修路線,統(tǒng)計(jì)決策可以幫助預(yù)測(cè)故障以及給出糾正對(duì)策。 論文從成都電業(yè)局電力客戶服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),圍繞基于GIS的電力客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)這一課題進(jìn)行研究,基于一體化研究需求,在地理信息系統(tǒng)軟件平臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)之上實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備及客戶管理、業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝、電費(fèi)管理等功能設(shè)計(jì),通過發(fā)揮GIS平臺(tái)優(yōu)勢(shì),為電力企業(yè)適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量、樹立企業(yè)形象,為智能電網(wǎng)各類業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用提供支持,從而為提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益起到了重要的作用。 本文對(duì)電力客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)的效果展示和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)很好的完成了項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)所制定的各項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)功能,滿足了成都市電力客戶的各項(xiàng)功能需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了GIS平臺(tái)下的業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝處理和電費(fèi)管理等業(yè)務(wù)。通過系統(tǒng)測(cè)試檢驗(yàn)了系統(tǒng)的性能,從而使系統(tǒng)更趨合理和高效。 最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望,為電力客戶服務(wù)提出了更進(jìn)一步的要求和希望?蛻舴⻊(wù)是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜性工程,在未來的工作中,需要進(jìn)一步探索和細(xì)化,為提升電網(wǎng)的效率和質(zhì)量,,建設(shè)更加可靠的電力服務(wù)系統(tǒng)而努力工作。
[Abstract]:Power customer service is the connection of power supply enterprises, and plays a vital role in the whole power supply enterprises. The electrical connection of power system is complex, dynamic changes frequently, and the distribution of lines and customers is wide. How to better serve customers is an important subject of electric power enterprises. With the help of the spatial database technology of GIS, the geographic location of customers and electrical equipment can be vividly reflected, and the information of power grid and customers can be combined with the graphic information reflecting geographical location. Can improve the power customer service response speed and quality of service. Based on the practical application, this paper organically combines various customer service items with geographic graphic information in power supply enterprises, realizes the convenient management of customer and equipment information, and improves the speed and accuracy of customer inquiry. And provide detailed map information support to customer service personnel, easy to find, improve customer service level and quality. Combining the geographic graphic information with the business expansion package, the auxiliary decision making module is designed. The computer system provides the power supply solution for the customer according to the customer's power supply demand, and improves the speed and accuracy of the scheme decision. At the same time, the customer service personnel can see the power supply path intuitively and clearly on the map, shorten the customer service time, improve the customer service efficiency, and the module also realizes the operation ticket and work ticket management, and improves the security and accuracy of the power supply implementation. The system combines the geographic graphic information with the electric power management system, establishes the real network topology connection diagram, realizes the power supply department to monitor the power line operation and the management of the power outage, and at the same time assists the generation of the blackout scheme. It can help to determine the best repair route, statistical decision can help to predict failures and give corrective measures. Based on the current situation of electric customer service in Chengdu Electric Power Bureau, this paper focuses on the research of electric power customer service system based on GIS, which is based on the need of integrated research. On the basis of GIS software platform, the function design of equipment and customer management, industry expansion, electricity management and so on is realized. By taking advantage of GIS platform, electric power enterprises can adapt to market economy and improve service quality. Setting up enterprise image and providing support for all kinds of business application of smart grid play an important role in improving the economic benefit of enterprises. In this paper, the effect of the power customer service system is demonstrated and the system is tested. The system completes all the system functions when the project is designed, and meets the needs of the power customers in Chengdu. The service of expanding newspaper processing and electricity charge management based on GIS platform is realized. The performance of the system is tested by system test, which makes the system more reasonable and efficient. Finally, the application and development of the system are summarized and prospected, and further requirements and hopes for electric power customer service are put forward. Customer service is a complex project. In the future, it needs to be further explored and refined to improve the efficiency and quality of power grid and to build a more reliable power service system.
