數(shù)字金華基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:目前,數(shù)字城市是城市信息化建設(shè)的主要熱點(diǎn),數(shù)字城市是社會生產(chǎn)力跨越式發(fā)展和城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要方法,是一個城市提高綜合競爭力的必然選擇,是不斷推進(jìn)城市信息管理體系改革,,優(yōu)化城市資源配置,節(jié)約基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)資金,健全信息資源的市場化建設(shè)機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市信息資源充分有效地融合的新型有力的工具。于此同時作為數(shù)字城市的數(shù)據(jù)支持體系的基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究引起了GIS學(xué)者的高度關(guān)注。如何使數(shù)字城市和基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)這兩者有效地結(jié)合起來成為各國學(xué)者研究的焦點(diǎn)。因此,如何建立基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)成為本文研究的一個重點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理的研究。由于基礎(chǔ)地形數(shù)據(jù)庫、框架要素和地理實(shí)體數(shù)據(jù)庫、地名地址數(shù)據(jù)庫是基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù)庫中比較關(guān)鍵的數(shù)據(jù)庫,所以成為本文研究的另一個重點(diǎn)。 本文圍繞數(shù)字金華基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目建設(shè),首先探討了數(shù)字金華的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括GIS技術(shù)、RS技術(shù)、GPS技術(shù)、LBS技術(shù)、SIG技術(shù)、空間數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù);接下來分析了基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù),包括采集技術(shù)體系、加工技術(shù)體系、采集流程;然后再對基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,包括組件式GIS技術(shù)、WebGIS技術(shù)、空間數(shù)據(jù)引擎技術(shù)、空間數(shù)據(jù)互操作技術(shù)。通過對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)情況的分析,提出了目前的數(shù)據(jù)現(xiàn)狀、數(shù)據(jù)存在的問題,對數(shù)據(jù)需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析。介紹了基礎(chǔ)地形數(shù)據(jù)庫、框架要素和地理實(shí)體數(shù)據(jù)庫、地名地址數(shù)據(jù)庫,介紹了了金華市基礎(chǔ)地理信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)為GIS工作者分析數(shù)據(jù)、提交數(shù)據(jù)成果提供了有效的方法。
[Abstract]:At present, digital city is the main focus of urban information construction, digital city is an important method of social productivity leapfrog development and urban sustainable development, it is an inevitable choice for a city to improve its comprehensive competitiveness. It is a new powerful tool to continuously promote the reform of urban information management system, optimize the allocation of urban resources, save capital for infrastructure construction, perfect the market-oriented construction mechanism of information resources, and realize the full and effective integration of urban information resources. At the same time, the application of GIS as the data support system of digital city has attracted great attention of GIS scholars. How to effectively combine digital city and basic geographic information system (GIS) has become the focus of scholars all over the world. Therefore, how to establish the basic Geographic Information system (GIS) has become a focus of this paper, and on the basis of this, data management is studied. Because of the basic topographic database, frame elements and geographic entity database, the toponymic address database is the key database in the basic geographic information database, so it becomes another focus of this paper. This paper focuses on the construction of Digital Jinhua basic Geographic Information system (DGIs). Firstly, it discusses the related technologies of Digital Jinhua, including GIS technology, RS technology, GPS technology, LBS technology, SIG technology, spatial database technology. Then it analyzes the basic geographic data acquisition technology, including the collection technology system, the processing technology system, the collection process, and then analyzes the key technologies of the basic GIS development, including the component GIS technology and WebGIS technology. Spatial data engine technology, spatial data interoperability technology. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the project construction, this paper puts forward the current data situation, the problems existing in the data, and makes an investigation and analysis of the data demand. This paper introduces the basic topographic database, frame elements and geographic entity database, toponymic address database and Jinhua basic geographic information system. The system provides an effective method for GIS workers to analyze data and submit data results.
