【摘要】：當(dāng)下我國(guó)行政審批制度改革,事權(quán)下放,全國(guó)部分城市開(kāi)始試行行政審批與技術(shù)審查相分離,在此背景下,信息化測(cè)繪"一站式"精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)規(guī)劃管理審批整個(gè)流程也就成為可能。本文分析了規(guī)劃測(cè)量服務(wù)規(guī)劃管理的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)如何利用既有測(cè)繪信息實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)規(guī)劃管理進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:At present, with the reform of the administrative examination and approval system and the decentralization of administrative authority in China, some cities throughout the country have begun to try out the separation of administrative examination and approval from technical review. In this context, Information surveying and mapping "one-stop" precision service planning management approval of the entire process is possible. In this paper, the present situation of planning and surveying service planning management is analyzed, and how to use the existing surveying and mapping information to realize precision service planning management is discussed.
