基于移動GIS的城市老年人安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國人口老齡化的進程,我國步入老年社會已是大勢所趨,那么如何妥善處理因老年人的健康,安全,,精神生活等需求而引起的社會問題,已經(jīng)成了政府和全社會急需解決的重要課題。而在這一系列問題中,老人的安全問題被視為至關(guān)重要的一個。近些年來“老年人跌倒沒人敢扶”、“老年人猝死家中無人知曉”等一系列關(guān)于老人安全問題的爭論,使得老年人安全問題成為了一個急需認真解決的社會性大問題。而這些爭論也給本文的研究提供了一定的現(xiàn)實需要,本文將移動GIS技術(shù)與老年人安全問題緊密結(jié)合起來研究,利用GIS技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢和強大的分析功能支持老年人安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和運行,該系統(tǒng)大體包括移動GIS子系統(tǒng)、后臺監(jiān)控與管理子系統(tǒng)以及Web信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)。 隨著社會發(fā)展與技術(shù)進步,社會對地理信息服務(wù)需求也在不斷地膨脹。例如,電力線路檢修、煤氣管道故障點、隱患點排除、野外勘探測量等工作,使用人員必須離開固定的辦公地點,才能快速有效地完成工作,所以迫切需求一種具有移動性工作的GIS(GeographicInformationSystem,地理信息系統(tǒng))。在此背景下,移動GIS (MobileGIS,MGIS)近幾年應(yīng)運而生,并得到了快速發(fā)展。 本文所要闡述的移動GIS子系統(tǒng)運行在Windows Mobile手機平臺上,此手機作為老年人和監(jiān)護人隨身攜帶的通訊工具,運行在此手機上的移動GIS子系統(tǒng)為老年人提供信息查詢、路徑分析、主動報警、自動報警等服務(wù),為監(jiān)護人提供老年人位置信息查詢、老年人歷史移動路徑查詢、輔助報警等功能。 基于ArcGIS Engine開發(fā)的后臺監(jiān)控和管理子系統(tǒng)作為整個系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)維護中心、安全監(jiān)控中心和應(yīng)急指揮中心,提供地圖數(shù)據(jù)、屬性數(shù)據(jù)以及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)等數(shù)據(jù)的管理和更新維護功能、智能報警功能、報警時電子地圖上自動定位功能、為應(yīng)急指揮以及救援力量派遣提供支持的最優(yōu)路徑查詢功能等。 另外基于ArcGIS Server、Flex技術(shù)的Web信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)主要面向監(jiān)護人用戶以及社會大眾而開發(fā)的,其中有面向大眾的主要有發(fā)布宣傳信息,利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這種快捷的平臺向社會宣傳基于移動GIS的老年人安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的可行性、安全性、以及效益性。在網(wǎng)頁上專門設(shè)計了幾個版面,作為宣傳窗口,詳細介紹系統(tǒng)的運行效果以及已經(jīng)取得的成效,并詳細介紹系統(tǒng)的主要運作方式及大體監(jiān)控流程,方便和加深潛在用戶的對這個系統(tǒng)的理解。另外Web信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)也面向監(jiān)護人特別開發(fā)了查詢窗口,每一個通過用戶登錄到Web信息發(fā)布子系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)護人都能夠在上面查詢到自家老年人的安全狀況、位置信息、所在地天氣、歷史路徑等信息。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population in our country, it is the general trend of our country to enter the old society. So how to properly handle the social problems caused by the needs of the health, safety and spiritual life of the elderly has become an important issue that the government and the whole society need to solve urgently. In this series of problems, the security of the elderly is considered as the right problem. In recent years, there is a series of controversies about the safety of the elderly, such as "the fall of the old people, no one dares to help" and "the sudden death of the old people", which has made the security of the elderly a serious social problem urgently to be solved seriously. In this paper, the mobile GIS technology and the security problem of the elderly are closely combined. The advantages and powerful analysis functions of GIS technology are used to support the development and operation of the security monitoring system for the elderly. The system mainly includes the mobile GIS subsystem, the background monitoring and management subsystem and the Web information publishing subsystem.
With the development of the society and the progress of technology, the social demand for geographic information service is expanding. For example, the maintenance of electric power lines, the fault point of the gas pipeline, the elimination of the hidden trouble points, the field survey and so on, the personnel must leave the fixed office place to complete the work quickly and effectively, so there is an urgent need for a kind of movement. The work of GIS (GeographicInformationSystem, geographic information system). In this context, the mobile GIS (MobileGIS, MGIS) emerged in recent years, and has been developing rapidly.
The mobile GIS subsystem in this paper runs on the Windows Mobile mobile platform. The mobile phone is a communication tool carried by the elderly and the guardian, and runs the mobile GIS subsystem on the mobile phone to provide information inquiry, path analysis, active alarm, auto alarm and other services for the elderly, and provide the guardian's position letter for the guardian. Information query, old people's history mobile path query, auxiliary alarm and other functions.
The background monitoring and management subsystem based on ArcGIS Engine, as the data maintenance center of the whole system, the security monitoring center and the emergency command center, provides the management and update maintenance function of the map data, the attribute data and the related business data, the intelligent alarm function, and the automatic positioning function on the electronic map in the alarm. Emergency command and rescue force dispatch provide the best path query function supported.
In addition, the Web information publishing subsystem based on ArcGIS Server and Flex technology is mainly developed for the guardian users and the public. Among them, there are main publicity information for the public, and the feasibility, security, and security of the elderly security monitoring system based on mobile GIS is publicize to the society by using the fast platform of the Internet. Benefit. Several pages are specially designed on the web. As a publicity window, the effect of the system is described in detail and the results have been achieved. The main operation mode and general monitoring process of the system are introduced in detail to facilitate and deepen the understanding of the system by the potential users. In addition, the Web information publishing subsystem is also oriented to the guardian. Developed a special query window, each issue subsystem through the user login to the Web information of the guardian can query to the security situation, their old people in the above location information, local weather, historical path and other information.
